Calendar quotes and movement.
Use the calendar app in your phone to schedule a reminder to do a set of exercises. Add a motivational quote to the reminder note.
This is an example of what I use - it goes off daily at 10:05 - “Push-ups 2. Spend time, contemplating who you want to be. The mere process of contemplating who you want to be, begins to change your brain. - Joe Dispenza”
I hop down and do a set of 20 pushups and ponder the quote. 👍🏼

Community Reviews.
It’s always nice to get an unexpected 5 Star review from a client or customer.
It’s even better to give them!
Schedule 15 minutes in your week to write a 5-Star review on Google or Yelp for a local business that you frequent. Use the manager’s name and employees' names also.
This activity helps build community and really supports your local business community.

Box breathing.
Box breathing helps you stay calm and focused.
Inhale for 4-5 seconds
Hold that breath for 4-5 seconds
Exhale for 4-5 seconds
And hold that exhale for 4-5 seconds.
Do that 10 times and you’ll have chilled out!!
