Can we just give some credit for the model? She posed so well, she was perfect while getting her makeup done, and has a beautiful smile!

I actually really love Ryan’s look. People keep saying it looks like avatar but idk I see the night sky, shooting stars and the wires somehow remind me of the solar system

The first makeup artist was really plain compared to the other two though

i thought the all blue one was sick? the artist really knew his craft and had a vision in mind, obviously they’re not going to just blatantly take starry night and paint it on the models, the whole point was to be inspired by the colors and movements and textures of the painting and transfer that into their own craft and style

I like the Ryan's creations. Was great!!! Yes I know look like an avatar, but i think that he was who use more inspiration and creativity.

My opinion 1. Glitter 2. Blue face 3.yellow countour

Starry Night has a lot of movement for a still painting. None of these evoke that, sadly. Beautiful looks, but you won’t think of Starry Night when you look at them.

I think these looks are my least favourite out of all the episodes, the weren't bad but I didn't see starry night from them

The best one is the 7:22 and it doesn't even looks like the starry night, it's like the futuristic version you would see in a PC music video. Cool tho, nice idea.

The model is so photogenic... I live! Ryan's is my favourite, it gives me Phi Phi Oharas future look.

I liked the glitter one until she put those notes of reddish-whatever in. That's not in the painting. gah. Although, it still looked good. ha.

The one with yellow contour was my favorite because it looked inspired but still editorial and not crazy, the glitter and avatar were good but the glitter was boring because the face makeup wasn’t starry night at all and wasn’t editorial and the avatar one was good but all the metal added on top detracted from it, I feel it would’ve looked better with more white strokes. Of course all talented though.

I just didn’t look at the other two styles and think of starry night. But when I looked at Ryan’s I saw starry night. But it looks like the metal things are like. Hanging on by a thread. Other than that. It was pretty good.

I think all of them were rly good but Ryan’s look was rly good and he knew what he was doing to he even glued her eyebrows

I like the one with yellow contour, the makeup on the eyelid represent Van Gogh's brush stroke technique pretty well. And the colour matches as well!

i wasn’t expecting to like one or two of the looks but every single one BLEW ME AWAY. how do people do this ?!!!! this is amazing, the model must feel so lucky!!

all of these makeups were so different but gorgeous at the same time

One was simple.. one was simple but with a lot of glitters. The other was extraordinary. All the 3 matches with the painting. But i think its the painting who wore it better.

The yellow contour one... girl. Boring, a mess. This is what irks me about gurus that limit themselves to only doing eyes and clinging onto beauty standards. What made the full face of blue look so cool was the he wasn’t afraid to be different, she look gorgeous in her own way and wasn’t limited by adhering to beauty standards. The glitter one was ok but once again it was a normal beauty face with blue glitter... so boring. The full blue face was different, conceptual, and a truly original work of art inspired by the painting. Props to him and by far the best of of the set.

I think the woman from Argentina was more accurate with the way she portrayed the painting. She kept it simple and also made wavy brush strokes on the eye lids to represent the ones in the painting. Hers was my favorite. The others went so over the top you could never tell what it was supposed to represent.
