The dots are lights, I think. I'm pretty sure I saw them lit in the 1997 movie when the boat deck first began to submerge and the collapsable began to drift.
If yes, then not very soon. This is my second 3 meter cardboard ship in 3 months, and it’s very time consuming and stressful constructing these things. Besides, I still need to build a carpathia model for the sinking video (which is gonna be much less detailed). Also something like Lusitania is more likely as I have had so much exposure to the Olympic class lately, that I need a little change in my life :D
