Ok, ran the plastic boning through my little machine and it worked. Only problem is my ability to sew a straight line. I can't go slow with my machine and the plastic boning because it won't go through the plastic when going slow. Amy tips on keeping the line straight while going at a med/fast speed?
U can sew on the rigilene boning not the plastic boning. To sew a straight line try using a stitch in the ditch foot. Are u using a domestic sewing machine or a industrial sewing machine?
U can use steel boning for both if u are sewing the rigilene first and then put the steel boning after…but if u just want to use the steel boning by itself then sew the bias tape on the fabric first because u cant sew on the steel boning…once u sew the channel then put the steel boning in….❤️
