How come you switched knives before cutting the tomato? Or did you film the cutting BEFORE you "sharpened" the knife? All of those horrible coarse scratches were gone. Did you forget you filmed this in HD? One last question. Can you do this demonstration again WITHOUT the jump cuts? I would like to see this in one, continuous take.

@@holicclever what I am interested in seeing is the 2 angle grinder wheels glued together sharpening a knife in real time. No jump cuts at all. I don't understand how it sharpens because of the thickness of the glue bond. It makes a gap that doesn't reach the apex of the blade. I think I would understand better with a continuous video of the actual sharpening.
