Hi Sir, I am using Rome version. In the agent file the installer is not in batch file. It is in SH Source file. I was stuck up there.. can you help me.?

Can the Mid Server folder be created in any Drive or should it be specifically C drive?

I have followed the steps properly but in the mid server downloaded I do not find installer batch file, it only contains the installer.sh file. Could you please help me.

There can be various reasons for mid server being down. Sometimes , it can be because Server on which MID server is installed got some issues. you can mostly troubleshoot with logs. Try to see agent and wrapper logs and look for latest errors. If I remember I learnt to fix lot of issues by checking the logs and looking for those errors on internet. This gives you experience as well and knowledge about different errors you can get. CPU utilization can also be reason for mid server being down.
