3 Mile Walk Morning Cardio Abs Workout at Home

This workout is no repeats and requires no equipment!
This workout is fun but so intense! Results will come if you stay consistent and patient! Make sure to document your progress on TikTok and share with the hashtag #growwithjo
I will be choosing some to do fun reactions to so that we can celebrate with the entire community!!
During todays' workout, after our 5 minute warm up, we will launch ourselves into a dance-party-esque type cardio abs workout.
There are no repeats (except to keep things even on both sides), and we will be doing a total body cool down at the end of this workout

I have been doing your workouts for almost 6 months now. Sometimes two a day. Not only i've lost weight but i built stamina. I suffer from Lupus along with other autoimmune conditions associated with lupus. No more joint pain, no more feeling tired all day. You changed my life for the good and I thank you so much. Definitely a life saver.

That's encouraging to know because I also have an autoimmune condition and I have added weight and my legs pain. I started today. I will ensure I am consistent.

I have asthma and these workouts have really helped me rebuild my stamina after having long-term covid My boyfriend has an autoimmune disease and he's a professional MMA fighter. I think it's important that even wheb we have these health diagnosis that we don't allow ourselves to become sedentary. We have to keep working out and pushing our bodies to grow and get healthier. I love this community that Jo had brought together and her workouts are amazing. Keep up the good work ladies

This was my first workout in three months after a relapse with anorexia, only made it 10 minutes, and I'm proud! Ya girl is on the road to recovery and I couldn't be happier, thank you for this!

Not sure if I am in the minority, being a man following Jo. Love her workouts, I have seen dramatic changes in my body and stamina, over a few weeks of doing them daily. Thanks Jo! Love that she does not do the usual gym chatter nonsense, also love the music vibes.

Lost 10lbs in the last 2 weeks doing Jo's workouts for 45 minutes to a hour. Along with dieting 2 meals a day and water. If you want it you have to discipline your self...I love Jo's workouts❤❤

I love how natural her exercises are, she workout with us, sweat with us, and drink water with us. She’s just so pure and kind. It’s my 3rd day today and I feel so good and less tired. Who ever is seeing this GIRL DON’T DOUBT YOURSELF. IF YOU WANT IT, WORKOUT FOR IT. Nothing comes off overnight. Just be consistent and have a lots of waterrrr ♥️♥️♥️

ive been doing this for a month now plus going to the gym 3 times a week and i can say that ive lost weight and now i have achieved my dream body and im getting so many compliments! this works wonders. I really like how many of your workouts are standing up. It's hard on my knees when workouts move to the ground & then back up again. It demotivates me tbh so I'm.glad I found this channel!

@@MrsDuckworth wow seeing this makes me feel a bit better I messed up my knees in 2019 trying to gain a booty using those slide thingys my knees never recovered and I was 36 at the time thinking damn I'm this age with such weak knees but it kinda feels better when someone more than 10 years younger can relate. I mean I'm not happy about what you guys are going thru I was just hard on myself for it

Wow... I'm on my period right now and I had 0% motivation this morning to get out of bed and do something. But I still wanted to move my body and get a workout in, so I came here and yeah... five minutes in and I thought to myself: never. I won't complete this. It's too challenging. I want to crawl back to my bed. But with your positive vibes I bit through and actually completed this workout!! Thank you!!! The last 10 to 15 minutes were torture but I had ambition...😂 I am no lying on the floor, sweating and very proud of myself, I did it!! To whoever is reading this: You can do it! You will complete this workout and you will be proud of yourself❤

My mom and best friend started watching jo and doing exercises here...just a shame they speak no English so canni work out what jo is saying cos i think her interaction with us is one of the biggest motivators for me, i just love all the tips and encouragements i get to hear every day it really keeps me going when im at a stage of giving up at a point of a sweaty sesh but then i think back to what jo said and i keep going...i am limited in my abilities to work out but i do what i can and i try to see through the whole exercise every day and i love the end dance 💃 😉🥰xxx

Hi Jo, its 9:25am in South Africa and I just completed this workout. I am crying because I haven't exercised in I don't even know how long but when that final buzzer went off for "workout complete" the tears instantly came. I weigh aroung 140ish kg so it was tough, for certain things I had to close my eyes so that I don't see the timer and just pish through until I heard it. Some I couldn't do for the full duration but I did what I could. I am going to see this through, not because I want a model figure but because for once I'd like too feel good about the skin I am in. Thank you Jo, I will do my best

I have been doing the workouts for a total of around a month and a half, I honestly love the energy of the workouts with Jo 🙌. Feeling stronger after each workout but I have to be honest , I wasn’t feeling it today but I got up and pressed play and minutes after the water break I burst into tears and for the first time in years or even ever I cried while working out and it finally feels that I am on the write path and managed to push through till the end of the workout though. Of course I am human I will have ups and downs but let us all remember we got this and every steps counts. Remember to thank yourselves for showing up.

Day 1 completed ladies!!! 20lbs down in 5 months of doing GrowwithJo. Today I did 4389 steps, burned 361 calories and 58% fat burn ladies. Two days of rest of not working out. Jo is my girl!!!! December I will be able to fit into my sexy Christmas dress.

I have been bed ridden for weeks at a time with my auto immune disease, I have to say these workouts can be followed by anyone at age fitness level and without any equipment!!! I’m much healthier and able to keep up with these properly now since going into remission and I absolutely love them. I've been doing these videos for 2-3 months now and am I glad that I stumbled upon them! I haven't owned a scale in years (freedom!) and you know, I don't need one to tell me that I feel GREAT and super confident about myself. Not because I have a "perfect" body now, but because I know I'm taking such good care of it, without forcing anything, without the thoughts of 'I MUST' and forced discipline. I love your workouts! I'm surprised how much they help with my digestion! I have IBS and have been constipated the past few days when I took a break from working out. I just finished the full video and my stomach feels so relieved. These are great for cardio and the constipation relief is an added bonus! 💛💛💛💛

This workout is SO good!🔥Definitely will be one of my favs. I burned 327 active calories, 390 total. Intense, but SO fun - great music! My fav workouts are the 4 mile cardio melt and the gospel ones! Grateful for all you do Jo!💞

3rd day with Jo Did a 15 min cardio workout of hers first. Then came to this. At day one I couldn't even do 30 minutes without feeling like dying. Now I feel amazing.

This is a great workout! I'm 62 yrs. old with a bad lower back there were only a couple kicking bouncy moves I didn't do but walked instead!!! Love this!

Can’t wait, I won’t be able to do workout but will watch. I’ve been really down about my body, I had a baby 8 months ago and haven’t lost the 50 lbs I gained. I’ve been called fat by so many people, it’s been disheartening. I won’t let that put me down, I’m a strong beautiful mother darn it! 💪

Girl, get up off that couch and stop letting people get you down…to hell with all of them…they have the problem! Just get up and start…even if it’s only ten minutes! And, start drinking your water…important to your weight loss journey! It doesn’t happen over night and that’s ok girlfriend! Make sure you get your resistance training in too…very important! You can do this…no time for feeling bad about ourselves! You are strong and beautiful…mommies don’t have time to stop…😁. Keep us posted!

i couldn't carry on after 33 minutes. I was really tired and decided to listen to my body! Its ok to feel like you couldn't do it! come back another day and try again! you got this !!

today marks one of my more prouder workout days on this journey. I REALLY didnt feel like working out. i had to convince myself to get up because i felt so low. within the first 5 mins i considered quitting more times than id like to admit. by the end i was so shocked i completed it ans so happy and proud i stayed consistent, i almost cried. while i probably didnt give my normal 100%, i gave more than i could and thats worth being proud over. now look, i got 48 zone minutes, 4340 steps, burned 325 cals, and am feeling more energized than i started. thank you jo

Today I was feeling blue.. you know.. one of those days where you don't know if you are energized enough to exercise.. The doubt.. the struggle.. And then I heard a voice in my head. I've tried 3 of your workouts, but I'm a carer for two people and I had to stop continuing them as I've been up in the nights. I usually workout in the mornings, but since I was stopped, I said NO... nothing should stop me time, I just did your workout at 9pm in the UK. I'm going to really go for it.

I committed myself to doing another trainers workouts for 6 weeks. Staying consistent and lost no weight or inches. Today I decided to do this one with Jo! OMG!!! I completed it about 7:30 am and it's now 3:00 pm and OMG!! My waist is feeling it!! I have committed to do Grow With Jo for the next 6 weeks and see what happens!

Have mercy! This workout was quite a challenge, but I completed it. Yeah for me after not working out for four days and eating all types of food, including dessert and champagne to celebrate my 31st wedding anniversary! Jo, thanks for all you do!

I finished a 3 mile for the first time today! 💥💯💥 I really like the warm up and cool down segments. It reminds me that I can't just wake up and jump in, then run for the showers after. It really made a difference for me!

I found your videos two days ago, on Saturday April 16,2022, the day after Good Friday. I was in pain after, but I could FEEL the results. This is day three and I can SEE results. I won't touch the scale just yet. I am going to keep this up and when I touch the scale, I know it will be awe-inspiring. Thank you so much for your workouts. You make this fun. I love it!!!!!

I was in a bad funk yesterday and then i pushed myself this Sunday to do this 45 min workout ( i don’t work out no more than 20-30 min tops y’all) and after the water break my body and mind was in this euphoric state! I felt so good after this.. i thoroughly enjoy your workouts Jo , thank you!!!!

So I’ve been working out “with you” for many months, revisiting old ones, but working out doing these standing/walking/cardio routines for almost 8 years. I’m so serious when I say this is the first time I did a “standing ab” workout where I ACTUALLY felt them burn (in a good way!) & could TELL I was really targeting my abs! Fingers crossed they’re sore tomorrow! (I feel like that’s how I know I got a good workout?? 😝) Thank you for your content lady 😭 I’m serious, I feel like you reminding me non-verbally by pointing at the targets area really helped remind me to engage those muscles. 10 OUT OF 10 ⭐️

You have amazing energy and keep me motivated. My favourite workout is the the walking 3 mile workout, boring I know but it's achievable. Mainly because on days where I am sitting at my desk all day I know I can get up move and have a smile on my face at the end even with the sweat pouring off me 😆. Also helps me on days when it is raining and I don't want to run.

I haven't done any of Jo's videos since October, and it's now December. I've been eating the sadness and also drinking alcohol too. My mood was just so low. But I wanted to get out of that funk and feel better. So I tried this video. I had no idea how long I would last, it's been a long time! I made it all the way to the end and I'm so happy I did! Absolutely love Jo, love the connection between exercise and positive mental health.

As someone who already has a pretty solid fitness routine, but hates traditional cardio, I’m adding this to my routine untill the end of this month to see if it works for me! I’m starting a calorie deficit atm and hope this helps making it easier and more fun. Starting today, 07/08/23: Day 1 (07/08): ✅ I did another Jo video (3 miles lower abs), but saved this one for tomorrow morning!

What can I even say. I found this on Tik Tok . I have been exercising and teaching classes for over 30 years this is the best exercise that I have done. It’s motivating, Fun, sweaty, you don’t have to kill yourself you look fabulous and feel fabulous. Please keep putting these out. I’m so glad that I found it. Dear Jo, I love your channel so much. With doing your workout every day for almost a year, I've lost 8-9 kilograms. Everyone around me said that I look slimmer and refreshing. I have also recommended your channel to my family, friends and colleagues. They love your channel, too!Thank you so much. However, this morning, while I was doing this workout, there were so many ads in it.(5 or 6) Some appeared in the middle of the moves, so I had to stop what I was doing and wait for the ad to be over. I understand ads are very important, but too many ads could be distracting... It is just a small piece of advice from me. I still love your workout, and I will keep doing it. ❤

Day 1: it was sure a lot of work but to be honest I felt like some weight was taken off my shoulders! As of now, I'm 220lb hope for next month to be in 200lb. I think your workouts will definitely keep me focused!
