Something worth taking into account for the knives (if not already aware) it takes on the perks and some blessings of whatever weapon you have equipped. So if the Hammers out, they get the +25% Unyielding damage and +10% damage to chaff. So MAYBE the best perks to grab n the Vraks would be Maniacs and Flak damage, since youd probably have that out for those guys most.

@@TheThottbot not if you're running a Zealot with a Thunderhammer. The hammer is one of the best for taking out bosses, so you'd be best served having the Vraks with damage bonuses against the stuff you'll see most often, since you should be using the hammer against bosses instead.

@@TheThottbot Yes. With. The. Thunder. Hammer. Why the fuck would you use the Vraks headhunter on bosses, when you can, and should, be using the Thudnerhammer? My point, is that when youre NOT dealing with bosses, and using the gun, the gun should have perks that benefit killing lower level enemies, which in turn benefit the throwing knives, which he uses for specialists and some elites. Hence, better to have +Flak and Maniac damage on it I cant explain that any more simply to you, as i dont have any crayons.

Congratulations on hitting level 30! If you encounter any issues, I have an alternative to this build. It's not a oneshot build, but it deals consistent high damage, is more tanky, and has greater mobility compared to this build.

Crit builds are also a fun staple for the class. You'll need combat blade, heavy sword MK IX or tac axe. Talents you'll need; bleed on hit/crit on bleed, 50% toughness dmg reduction on crit, until death + health on hit for until death, 20% toughness dmg reduction coherency, Charge ability (can use stealth for combat blade), Then just pick things related to toughness, damage, cooldown reduction, crit or bleed for talents and blessings. Go double or triple toughness on curios, you won't need a wound since you have Until Death.

I noticed that stealth icon actually has zealot with TH so i also tested it. It is so funny that you can do backstab damage with big ass hammer xD It could be renamed to back breaker damage xD

This seem like the perk activates after the blessing, so if you charge long enough you add 160 (60%) to 266 for 426 + 25% of 426 for another 106 = 532 per hit BEFORE your talents then amplify it further. They have patched out things like this in vt2 making a 266 hit have 60+25=85% extra damage. This will be fun in the meantime, you earned a subscriber bro. *inebriated edit, thought the power attack was 233 when its 266, updated to fix the numbers.

The hammer is generally slow in playstyle, but it has immense damage output and crowd control. To compensate for this, I invest in all attack speed skills for the build.

I've been having a lot of fun with Stripped Down blessing on either the infantry autoguns or braced. The extra mobility helps a lot for getting into position for hammer time.

I hate how clunky the hammer is for other situations, I'm used to playing quicker weapons and I'd love if they made the special attack stagger not slow you down (or at least only happen when hitting something that doesn't die to that hit). BUUUUT Exploding big enemies with it is so satisfying. It's really nice not being worried if the team will be able to handle a monstrosity, i can just delete it myself.

Have you used TH since all the buffs? It is good for hordes now and ministun after Thunder clap is hardly an issue. I liked the weapon before the buffs. Now it's god tier.

since TH got buffed and now damages everything it hits, it got much better at horde clearing so you are still covered for anything in melee and range is covered by ranged weapon. So you don;t really suck at anything.

How do you handle hordes? I also dont understand why you need to keep your stamina low. Running around with two +3 stamina curios would be a bad idea?

You don't need extra stamina on weapons or curios. The reason low stamina is required is to trigger the talent, granting 20% extra melee damage. You should deal with hordes using charged attacks, or you can use the Ironhelm Hammer with its special attack to clear hordes faster and more effectively. With the Ironhelm hammer, you should also be able to one-shot monsters.

what this build does well: lets you one-trick-pony one-shot bosses and give you some clips for youtube. what this build does poorly: everything else.

The build itself is a good all-rounder with a main focus on bosses. You can oneshot Mutants, Maulers, and all other elite enemies (except for Crushers) without using an ability. With the dagger throw, you have good options for picking off individual specials in close combat. Additionally, the hammer provides effective crowd control.I understand if this build doesn't suit your preferences. I'll introduce a new Ogryn build that might appeal to you.

Try to complete lower levels more quickly. You can finish some maps in an average of 8-9 minutes, but you'll need efficient builds for that. The only catch is, you need someone to start a private game.

little tip, nowadays for a good YT video, to get bigger you NEED to talk. scipts on screen are really old fashion brother/sister/whatever. I recommend you to buy a good mic and talk in yor videos, u will see that then sour videos are getting ewatched way more. Main reason is, because many people dont actually watch the content, morelikely they listen to it while doing other activities

I tested the build with both hammers, and they can oneshot all monsters if the perks and blessings are set up correctly. With the Ironhelm Mk IV, the special attack can go through hordes and still hit his target, but with reduced damage. I also tested this, and even with an enemy between you and the monster, you should kill him with a oneshot.

The Eviscerator lacks the Thunderhammers Special Ability, which is a HUGE damage increase, and the base for this insane boss DMG. BUT... Using a momentum-crit-stealth build with the Eviscerator can provide insane boss DMG on its own... no oneshots though.

Odds are it’s a teammate playing as a veteran, the veteran class can have the passive effect of regenerating 1% of each players ammo if they or their teammates kill special/elite enemies whilst standing near each other

The hammer has a special attack that greatly increases damage to monsters. The skilling in the video is all about building up damage to kill all monsters with one hit.

Both hammers have different attack patterns and show differences in their special attacks. In short, the Ironhelm hammer excels in crowd control and hord clear compared to the Crucis Hammer. While the Ironhelm can pass through a horde with its special attack until it encounters an elite enemy, the Crucis Hammer can only hit one opponent regardless of its type. This results in significantly higher damage, leading to absurd damage numbers.

The only way to acquire blessings is by removing them from other weapons of the same type. The most effective method is to purchase them at Brunt's Armory and then upgrade them until you obtain the desired one. Alternatively, with a bit of luck, it might be available at the weekly trader.

Yeah mate, with Crucis, the special move is only limited to the first enemy, and the attack patterns for the charged attack are all for crowd control. With Ironhelm, the special attack isn't necessarily limited to the first enemy; if a regular enemy comes along, your special attack still goes through, just slightly weakened. If everything works out, you can still one-shot monsters.

Only way to find blessings is to take them off of other weapons of that same type. Best way to do that is to buy them in Brunt's Armory and upgrade them until you find what you want. Yes, that's the best there is. It's an awful system.

With the Ironhelm Thunder Hammer variant, even if a regular mob comes before the main monster and absorbs the damage, it should still result in a one-shot. If not, the monster would be severely weakened, almost on the brink of death.

@@jay-brodi7953 just curious what level do you need to upgrade them until? Does buying white hammers and turning them blue have a chance at dropping the level 4 thrust or do you need to go further to purple or orange?

The option to craft white items into blue is available, but the probability is much lower compared to upgrading from purple to orange. I prefer the purple to orange method and usually buy blue items from the merchant with money to save crafting materials.
