Hi Rosalie! Thank you for your videos. Just thought of lessening the talking points at the beginning for like the benefits and stuff and just go straight to the meditation would be better for me :)

Very good 3 min beginning meditation video. I have usually just have all sounds off and lie in bed with dim lights and meditate that way. I'm going to exp more of your videos. You have a good voice and guidance.

Not relaxing with you yapping the entire video. Just the waves and some alpha wave inducing music would be great.

I just wanted to let you know, that some yoga can be satanic, so if I were you I would stop with the stuff about feeling your inner self and that type of stuff. The only way to help with your spirit and soul is to pray to the Holy Trinity and to go to Church, especially Mass where you revive the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist!Just wanted to let you know! It actually works and it helps you get to Heaven unlike yoga. John 14:6 “Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Romans 10:9-10 “9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” The Catholic Church is Jesus’ Church that He literally founded. John 6:53-59 “53 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. 56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. 57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your ancestors ate manna and died, but whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.” 59 He said this while teaching in the synagogue in Capernaum.” In the Mass, which is the Catholic version of church service, the bread and wine literally become His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity! Honestly thought all this meditation stuff wasn't for me. I just tried it bc I was studying and really stressed. I'm really surprised that this breathing exercise has elevated the crushing feeling on my chest. I still feel some stress but a lot less anxiety!
