3 MINUTE RECIPE NO 10: MITTI KI HANDI MAIN KALEY CHANEY KA SALAN 

Ingredients
Kakey chaney/black chickpea....1 kg ( washed and soaked in water overnight )
Onion....1 large
Garlic....1 whole bulb
Salt....to taste
Red chilli powder.....2 tbs or as required to taste
Turmeric powder....1 tesp
Dry roasted besan /gram flour....3 tbs full
Cooking Oil / ghee....1/2cup or as required
Water for gravy....1 ltr or as required
Fresh coriander....1 hand full
Ghram masala....1 tesp
Serve with white rice or roti and of course with paratha.
