good guide, i just wanted to drop some font of life evangelism. with any frequent auto attacker font of life is really good, and will usually far out value shield bash and bone plating. it routinely heals as much as 300 in lane phase and thousands over a match. also its a small thing but unless you are extremely good and know exactly why and for what you are doing it, absolutely never max e first. w is extremely crucial if you are competent at using it, and its durability and mobility are key in lane. its why bone plating loses to font of life so sharply in my view because with w and good play i am usually too bulky to be threatened before my adc can end them, so font is better. there are even nice situations where you need max stun and shield break uptime in which you might max q second, although thats advanced and generally absolutely unadvised. a critical thing to understand about her w is its not just an engage tool its a pressure tool, the health buffer the shield gives is very valuable and you shouldnt rush w2 both because of that and because its extremely high kill pressure on targets already softened by one good engage especially with flash. either way, her w creates a number of different kinds of pressure and using it well is absolutely going to be the defining point of playing well on her.

Okay, great guide! Well done. There are a lot of good pointers here and concise necessary information. However, I suggest you rephrase (min 0:49) the W as being the bread and butter. Her first ability to max should be E, as it's the essential engage tool for Rell and can help speed up her ganking jungler or aid in ADC disengagement, making it more reliable overall. W is not a reliable skill; it's a glorified disengage/survival tool or a way to stack CC. Rell players are often left vulnerable due to the misuse of W. Most bad Rell players tend to overuse W. Max Rell's E, and you'll have a massive speed buff that can be used for engage and disengage in the same fight, as well as Rell's main damage (E passive).

I wasn't paying attention when the rell rework came out, the new e had me confused, I actually really liked the old e, and I kinda want to stop playing rell now
