Fun fact : The thunder is actually better at range than the havoc even though it has a wide reticle versus havoc which has a very tight reticle . The thunder does 70-85 damage consistently 2 tiles away while the havoc only does near 50 even when fully adsed in . You can test it in creative
that's what the description for those shotguns says. Thunder still hits hard farther away, with the downside of only having 4 shots that each take two ammo. The havoc holds more, and hits like a truck, even able to one-shot headshot people, but in turn, has a tight reticle while being iffy at range
Thunder shotgun is one of my favorite shotguns just from the fact that it feels different… and it feels good to use… I was used to the point that you couldn’t really get one pumped and so thunder was my way to go. I also really enjoy the mythic shotgun because of again the one pump factor… funny enough though I don’t really like the original pump… it feels like it shoots way too slow and does like 23 damage for a point blank body shot
Guys, I'm not the first to say this and will not be the last. It does not matter wich weapon is better. It matters who is using it. Even the RECYCLER COULD BE AN AMAZING WEAPON IF BRANDED BY A PRO! SAME THING WITH EVERY GUN!
I loved the thunder, best shotgun and I feel, if they were unvaulted, would pare up well with the pump, and even more so with the charge and maaayyybeeee the tac, the thunder feels so so nice to use
Although that sesason was only like 9 month ago I'm starting to miss it. Better fps, more fun weapons and actually better looking game I think. Also the hammer and this anvil city were crazy cool!
They are different styles of shotgun. The thunder does more damage at range, it's versatile, but the havoc pump is the PUMP pump, it hits harder in the 0-10m range, but 10-30m the thunder will be better.
when the season first came out like the minute it came out I'm pretty sure I found the thunder first as I was doing a season quest and this npc called thunder dropped it when i killed it
the havoc does way less damage to the body most of the times than the thunder and has shit accuracy, thunder still the goat. so ig im gonna main the maven now lol

How did the people with mythic havocs die the mythic havoc pump literally does 200 to the head but in zero build it does 250 so it's designed to one shot
idk i feel like the havoc is extremely slow and very inaccurate. it might just be my aim, but whenever i use a thunder, pump, prime or any other decent shotgun my aim feels a lot better
