It's funny you mentioned those crispy red peppers. I love them too. I couldn't find them in my Walmart, but I saw them at Walmart in Cookeville several years ago when I was visiting my daughter. I bought like 5 bags. I just pulled one from my deep freezer the other day, and the date on it is 1/21/20. Lol. I must have bought them in about 2019. They are good as a snack too, like eating chips kinda, but it's a veggie!

I would dip fork in dressing then salad. You'd be surprised how much less dressing you use. So happy for you!!!😊
In St. Louis, we have a huge Italian community who have kept the language, traditions and recipes. Next time you make the Alfredo sauce, try adding a pinch--and i mean a literal pinch--of nutmeg. It makes such a delicious difference 😋 😊

Mel we tried the crunch wrap casserole and it was delicious, we used rotel and 2 different cheeses instead of the nacho cheese for the layers. Tried the guacamole with the sour cream and it was amazing! We enjoy your channel and appreciate you for sharing! Thank you so much for your hard work!

When you mentioned sausage and cream cheese it reminded me of a family favorite dip that I've made for years... 1 8oz cream cheese, 1 chub Jimmy Dean sausage (cooked and drained) and 1 can Ro-Tel. Let that heat up in your small crock pot and serve with Fritos or tortilla chips. You should definitely try it!! I'm for sure making all of these casseroles.
Happy Birthday to Patrick. I noticed you had some Dorritos laying nearby. I wonder if putting them inside instead of the crunchy taco shells would be good? I made the crunch wraps for my son once, and it was a pain. This looks much easier.
You can most definitely use the Doritos! I've made the individual crunchwraps with them, nacho or cool ranch and you an even switch up the flavor profile with chicken, green chilis, etc Get crazy friend!
