The pouches changed the game, it’s too easy and relatively clean vs other nicotine products. And the buzz is insane compared to other products. Unfortunately, I keep a 3mg pouch in the same spot all day, recycling old for new every hour or 2 under the center two teeth of my bottom jaw. I have most definitely seen gum recession, and I just turned 24 lol yikes 😬 I never did regular chewing tobacco either, the pouches were my first love lol Great video!
They are fucking awesome. But I wish I could find information about using them while being fasted. Does it increase insulin and knock you out of ketosis?
