i was told by my label i had to sign a management contract with one of the label's founders that was also an artist manager for huge pop stars. i said no, then they shelved me.
Create value. Show the universe what you’re worth and what you deserve. Your vision will attract like-minded people. No reason to “afford” what is meant for you. Simply, supply and demand. Why would you pay people that desire to work for you? Make sure your team is compensated for the work they put in. It’s your world, they just live in it. Greatness Awaits.
Factz I’m not a local artist but able to get brand deals and influencer deal not makin hella $$$ but it’s a a start but I’ve always learn and try I’m on a sync catalog only 1 but have 3 songs wit 1 sync agency so just tryna figure out how to make consistent $$ from it all 🤔🤔🤔

This was the real deal, appreciate this one. Always appreciate when you guys get into the layers this way because I feel like a lot of stuff is only applicable to a specific level or set of circumstances but something like this is detailed enough to be practical but conceptual enough to be helpful no matter where you're at. I think you guys are the best at that. There's other good shows & whatnot but I've always found yall to be the most directly helpful & impactful. At least for where I'm at.
