It's not like these politicians will see a day in jail even when they steal millions. I don't know why even report it as news because their won't even be a follow-up by journalists, and it will be forgotten by the Jamaicans as usual.
I honestly don't see were the integrity commission is making much of an impact apart from the news cycle, in terms of charging or arresting any corrupt politician's, or submitting a successful case file to the DPP is seldomly seen or much less heard. they seem to be more of a political tool for their opposition, or a nice sound bite. They themselves need investigation and a policy change
Pt. Royal people didn't want to leave their homes for fear of looting. They shouldn't infer that if you stay - on your head be it. The responsibility lies squarely at the feet of the govt. Because they should allow ALL citizens the right to feel safe in their own country, with an ongoing system of law and order that protects ALL Jamaicans - not just the wealthy ones - or the ones who come with a bag of money from abroad and the upper echelons of st. Andrew.
Glad to get some news, since hurricane n light come back tvj not working or radio station. I think the rjr group need to get equipment that can stand up to any storm or heavy breeze. A little breeze blow radio n tv out. Thank u for the news
Poor people are feeling the pressure while parliament are fulling theirs pockets. 1 week now and still no water, no internet, no electricity, and the children are going into depression
The many residents of the area's the Govt. and local Officials requested they leave there homes and go to safer area's opened for them to gather in safety during Hurricane Beryl might have believed there homes would have been vandalized in there absence, so they prioritized the risks and decided to stay and protect there homes and property from potential vandals!
Not voting would only let the JLP reign another term. This just goes to show how heartless these criminals are.Even though we don't know the reason those three people were killed. The fact that the hurricane had just past and people were trying to fixed what they could.Beryl did not shake the criminals one bit 😊😊😊😊
Be careful what you wish for? The last politician named was a PNP former MP, Dwayne Vaz 😂 The Integrity Commission can not fool us. They're definitely in bed with the PNP. The Finsac money spreading wide and deep 😮😮. Mark Golding admitted that he was very integral with Dr. Omar Davies, during the high interest rates issue that led to Finsac, 2 mad men in clean but had corruption diseases 😢😮

The Integrity Commission of Jamaica must not be used as a pawn in political affairs. It must uphold independence from political influence, avoiding the perception that its investigations serve the interests of any particular party. While not all rulings may be to our liking, true independence necessitates accepting and respecting all conclusions. It is crucial to refrain from aligning with favorable rulings and opposing unfavorable ones, instead allowing the Commission to function autonomously. By doing so, the importance of such an institution in combating corruption in Jamaica becomes evident. To be effective, the Integrity Commission must remain free from political constraints.
Make the their names public, they are not above criticism or scrutiny. The meaning of leadership has lost its meaning in the political sphere, cronyism and corruption at its best.
The pm must step don't and the IC should call the names of people being investigated or for Jamaica to be sure next election don't vote for no jlp mp because the leader tell them to not say anything.
SSL six is still missing now there is an additional two did they sign a gag order to remain silence no one has been charged so far. Jamaica is still waiting on accountability.
Pupa Jesus ... Man a Call seh Man with Dual Citizenship (including from Commonwealth Countries, not illegal by Our Constitution) to renounce their overseas citizenship or not sit in Parliament. However, we are comfortable with having 8 indicative Illicitly Enriched Parliamentarians Sitting in Parliament. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Improve work force with liveable conditions give access to low income workers for good housing.. health care better roads and get a plan for crime.. then ppl will listen to you .
Halls delight don't even have light and their is no roads from that district to, Mt hybla, wesphalea resource is still impossible this is the PM WIFE CONSTITUTION
roads must mash up if they keep using marl under the roads. anybody that know marl will know it is not a stable material. it shrinks when dry and swells when it absorbs moisture. so when rain fall it swell and burst through the asphalt.
@@alvinpennant737 i dont know either. concrete made with marl stone (white gravel) will just shell out if hit with a sledge or even over time. black gravel (made with river stone) makes a strong tough concrete. many people dont know that.
This is what the prime Minister Andrew must beginning to track and fine the time he start to target bloggers who is bringing information to the public the true but andrew and is lier and wicked coney
Politicians and illicit enrichment, is that something new? Even if there are infinite layers of corruption protecting, there still will be corruption. People are obsessed with money and materials, because these things give status. People like to be praised like they are Gods. And Money and Materials give them that opportunity.
Nepotism baby and show pony. Do you think they actually care about the perils of the poor people they have to interface with on their post disaster and prior election stints?
Name the politicians! Regular Jamaicans names would have been called in the media but because they are politicians they are shielded by gag order …. Name the thieves now !!! Now !!
