I'm so glad you emphasized that the name of the game is *symptom management* and that this will look different for everyone! There is no evidence that we can "starve the SIBO" with our diet, and believing that we can do so will just lead to more disordered eating IMO.

I am so thankful that I found your channel.! I just finished one round of rifaximin and my doctor was unclear about the diet I have to do. I am hoping I can eat eggs and apples again soon 👍 I am hydrogen dominant suspected after ppis 🙂

if sibo produce gas in small intestine، why we have bloating in stomach and burp problem

@@ConfluenceNutrition thanks, but in normal situation we have a valve between stomach and small intestine ,why the gas came back to the stomack

@@saidanisse sometimes the valve is not functioning well, like if you have a hiatal hernia, or maybe low stomach acid. And gas being gas, it can put pressure on the valve as well.
