Mr Arthur thanks for this video, I have been watching your channel years back, I have also watched your video on this particular farm when it was operating, things were properly organised by the owner of the farm, the man was so committed to the the success of the farm, I felt bad to see that all of a sudden the farm is no more existing. The lesson I learned from what happened to this farm is that when establishing livestock farming its not ideal to spend so much money on the structure its better to use local materials in order to cut down the the capital expenses should in case one needs to put the farm for sale,the land is 3 plots and the seller is asking for N14m this is because of money spent on structure and others that make the price to be high. Whatever the reason for putting the farm on sale may God be with the owner ijn.
