At least 6 lights for most of my videos. 120d mk 1 key with a parabolic softbox and grid, 120d mk 2 rim light with fresnel and barn doors, falconeyes rx-818 top light / hair light, lupo superpanel full color 60 as a light table for fill and as a practical podium/table, litepanels gemini 1x1 for background fill, and cametv boltzen andromeda rgb slim tube for background highlights on the left of the frame. That's if I'm not reviewing a light - things get a bit crazy when you have to manage like 9 or 10 lights in a bedroom studio though.
Used to use a cheap studio light off ebay, bought it for £15, but I've recently upgraded to some Neewer 660led lights 😁👍 also bought a small 160led light and some coloured gels to use as a background light 😊 Loving your vids, recently subscribed 👍😉 got some great ideas from you for my vids 😉👍😊🤗
I LOVE the thought behind this video. Show us that we can do way more than we think with less. Make sure you're maximizing your gear before feeling like you need to go out and buy more.
Tommy Callaway EXACTLY!! The real look and quality of the image almost always comes from the lighting, production design, costumes and location. More so than the camera and resolution.
Once you pulled out that 5 in 1 reflector in a tight area, i knew you were gonna hit something haha. Great video, using lights and reflectors wisely :)
@@chadwin I agree theres more engagement with other videos but there sooo many out there. Sound and lighting get neglected. But lighting from basic 3 point lighting to short films set ups would be great.
Feechur Prezentations thanks! Ah good question. Totally forgot to include some of those details. The light was set to about 60% output. The cam was 300 ISO. 35mm lens at f2.5 Still had plenty of room on the lens to open up more, turn the light up more, and turn ISO up.
