sir is it possible to find the moment capacity of a slab by giving area of steel in x and y directions in SAFE software

Unfortunately SAFE didn't have that feature.

How would you know if the slab you designed has passed or failed?

You need to check for long term deflection,should be less that L/240 and check for punching shear ratio should be less than 1.0

@@TheStructuralWorld sory my mistake....frame not passed by increase size...i have only 2 storey and column is 9*18 inch for passing but i think this size very large for 2 storey

I've got one question... When checking punching shear, what does it means when some in some columns appears "N/C"? and how can we fix it? can you make a video out of it? thanks for the amazing videos!

N/C means not calculated, you don't need to fix this. It only means that no punching shear links are required in that column. You can notice N/C's in those columns that support the beam. Cheers!

And... by punching link you mean the drop panel ? Or what is it exactly ?

@@raulsalinas6933 its punching shear link reinforcements. In the event that punching shear links are not enough, we provide the drop panel for the slab to be safe in punching.
