The first two ideas are solid but selling something with song lyrics that aren't in the public domain is copyright infringement and can get you shut down / sued / fined / etc. Yes, people do it, but once they get caught, they won't try it again. It seems to me that Etsy and many of the other digital marketplaces are rife with copyright infringement opportunities. An enterprising copyright attorney could spend a day and have clients for life. I totally agree - song lyrics are not worth it in my opinion - there are other things like poems or city names, wedding vows, list of wedding guests, etc.
