At 77 years old, I have used Castor oil on my eyelids and my ophthalmologist told me that my cataracts are so small that he won’t take them out if I reach 99 years old. I plan to live that long too!!! 😅
Esthetician Here! I use Castor Oil to slug in my skincare products at night. I also have a professional LED Panel. But, I do not use them together. Heres why... Typically you should use LED with a clean face so that the light can penetrate deep into the dermis. Clear serums especially green tea or any clear peptide will help boost effects of the light. Heavy creams & oils will impede the light from reaching the dermis and this is where ATP is stimulated & in turn increases collagen. I would reconsider this method and maybe do a little research. Best Always
Hi! I use LightStim professional. They have a handheld as well that has a bigger head to cover more surface space. But, I do like the Baby Quasar as well!
Hello. I don't know who to talk to here but I am asking...how do I cure fungal acne and bevable to use castor oil again? Aparently it feeds yeast on the face but it also kills demodex. I am in so much pa in from them. Docs don't believe me. I'd like to be able fo use castor oil because my skin is so dry from the anti-fungal skincare routine. Help! It would be nice to know if peoole have this awareness that castor oil seems to worsen people with FA.
@@AccidentalWarrior144Ive used head and shoulders shampoo as a cleanser and it killed almost all of my fungal acne! I know this sounds bizarre, but apparently whatever anti fungal ingredient is in there was gentle enough yet powerful enough to rid me of the fungal bacteria causing my acne. Maybe you could give it a try?
I just came across your site, great video. I had a large Lipoma on the outer side of my knee and started rubbing castor oil am/pm, within a weeks time it was no longer noticeable, i was completely blown away!!! It had been there for at least 5 yrs, the medical communities cure is removal by surgery. Castor oil is amazing.!!!
Yeah I had a lipoma on my stomach that continued to grow over 20 years. 6 different docs telling me it was a lipoma. Due to the size I decided to get it removed. Turned out it was a very large hernia! Castor oil wouldn’t have helped my “lipoma”!
I’m 53 & have been using castor oil for about 6 months now, all over my body, especially on my face, on my eyelids, eye lashes & I combine it with a lymphatic draining massage on my face & neck areas. It’s been a game changer for me. It’s helped improve my skin’s elasticity and reduced dark spots & bags under my eyes. I’m going to try incorporating light therapy, as well. Don’t forget to use it on your lips, too. It’s made mine plumper. Thanks for the tips!
@shellytacker2071 just look up lymphatic drain massage and try to find a naturopath or functional medicine Dr to explain because it does need to be done properly and within parameters to have it be a solution and not a problem.
@@MarieLamour-cv1jc I show my skin transformation in the video. I'm just trying to share the love. I've used RLT since 2021 and only when I combined the 2 did my skin really transform. 🤗
I use castor oil as a primer. Idk I love how it blends with my makeup and keeps my skin soft. I've also noticed it's the only thing that shrinks my eye puffiness.
Look into Lugol's iodine protocol. Breasts need iodine as much as the thyroid. Read/warch doctors David Brownstein,, Guy Abraham, Jorge Flechas; also Lynn Farrow.
I had a lump on my breast the size of a quails egg so I thought I’d give caster oil a try. I put caster oil on a Cotten pad held it in place with surgical tap .Over time I noticed it was shrinking I couldn’t believe it . I don’t know when but it completely disappeared.I was delighted.
God's Oil!! I've had gut issues after having my gallbladder removed 3 years ago and my castor oil pad has made me feel soo much better! Also my pinky toe nail was black for some reason and castor oil cleared it right up! I am 56 and have been using it on my face and hands before I go to bed and can really see a difference. I Highly Recommend It!!
It's amazing! Truly! If I could bathe in it, I would because it's improved my life so much! My whole family, my neighbors, and now my realtor has been using it. It cured her bone spur!
As a child, I had a large wart on the tip of my index finger. My aunt gave me castor oil to put on it twice a day for two weeks. It turned black and fell off leaving no scar.
I had one too that came off from this treatment. That was the 1960’s and my family doctor knew about this cure. Do you know that Edgar Cayce had this as a remedy and cure?
I brush my teeth the old fashioned way with baking soda and then rinse with peroxide. Today I decided to add some castor oil with vitamin E oil into the mix. Took a fall the other day and hit my chin hard, jaw has been very painful since. Put the castor oil on the bristles and gently rubbed in the gum line. Already the throbbing has stopped. Love the natural ways.
I put castor oil on my eye lids to make me get a good night sleep....and it works! I am 60 and since early 50's have had a lot of issues falling asleep like most menopause aged woman. I heard about this trick years ago and couldn't believe how it worked. Then I forgot about it, and recently started again and wow, I remembered how well this makes me sleep! And now your telling me I am preventing wrinkles and improving my eyesight as well🎉
O my YES!! Been using it 8 months now ..removed mole skin tags brown spots plus my skin looks younger than ever ..Ive stopped the expensive micro needling completely..completely
This is pretty crazy but I started using castor oil 3 weeks ago and just 2 days ago I decided to incorporate my red light, that I wasn’t really using consistently. Nobody gave me the idea but I did think it may be doing them together good produce even better results. So it’s crazy this video was the first to pop up in my recommended feed. I’m getting excited now!!
You have the cutest personality. I am a 50 year old master aesthetician and am watching your video in the kitchen while cooking up some bacon. Girl you know your stuff! I was highly impressed. You certainly have done a great amount of research. As an aesthetician I used to roll my eyes at the clients who said, OH I ONLY do natural. lol I had it ingrained in my brain that only pharmaceutical grade skin care worked and changed the skin. As I have gotten older I've began to be allergic to SO SO many ingredients and starting being drawn to the more natural ingredients some of my clients over the years claimed to use. BOY were they right! I am a strict castor oil gal now for about a year or less. I also use vitamin E oil for the skins elasticity. Thank you for all your research. great informational video sister! God bless.
I love it when minds open. What delights me most is this is happening world wide on many many topics!! Yippeee for the HU folk… they are waking up from the deep sleep of many aeons. So Much Love! 💖💖💖
Aloha Uhapi. I have a question: ive been using castor oil on my hands and nails and my cuticles seem to be worsening. The question is have is…. Is there a hump? Like if i use it longer, will i have better results? Whatcha think? Thanks. Love what you are doing!
Thank you so much for this informative video. I also have healed my hypothyroid naturally, not with castor oil, but with fasting, infrared sauna and dietary changes. It only took 3 months for me. I love how you reference Barbara O'Neill as I have learned so much from her videos about healthy living and natural remedies for virtually everything.
@DominikaDC1 That is fantastic that you healed your thyroid! And doing it in 3 months is amazing. Fasting and IR saunas would support our immune system, which I believe is the answer to autoimmune disease. Our immune system is trying to get rid of an infection that is hiding in cells. Thank you for your comment. I hope it helps many people resolve hypothyroidism. Blessings.
So glad I found you❣️❣️❣️I just started using castor oil on my face about 10 days ago and really appreciate your tips and your results, although none of your “before” photos were too shabby!!!! I have a lot more room for improvement (just turned 80😳) but I’m hopeful that the first 30 days are going to show a dramatic improvement. I just got a neck compress, no thyroid issue but I’m hoping that it will help alleviate a vocal cord issue. In this short time it has already helped my poor ridged, brittle, splitting, thin finger nails. My thinning (rapidly departing) eyebrows are filling in and I am closely monitoring eyelashes which also need some TLC. Thanks so very much for sharing your research and your castor oil experience with us! 🥰🐅
I'm so happy to help and thank you for the lovely compliment! I love that you're seeing some results in the brows and nails. It should help with the vocal cord issue very soon! My mother-in-law started having tinnitis (terrible ring of the ears) a few weeks ago and rubbed castor oil all around her ears. Front, back, sides. She has had 100% improvement! I'm convinced this oil can do anything!
I have been using castor oil for 3 weeks. Every evening I apply it on my face and on my eyelids in a thick layers and today I noticed that the eye floats have disappeared. Also my blepharitis has improved. Wrinkles under the eyes became invisible. The freckles on my face became lighter.
Hello! I just wanted to let you know that bought a small amber glass roll on bottle at Sprouts for my castor oil. I also have another one that I put castor oil and tea tree oil in and use it for deodorant. 😊 Thank you for the red light therapy suggestion! I’m definitely trying that. Your skin is beautiful!
I have been putting one drop of castor oil into my eyes at bedtime for the past 8 years. I heard that it would stop the formation of cataracts. I've been to my ophthalmologist several times over the past 8 years and my eyes are in excellent condition, with no cataracts and no issues. As you said it's very important that it is organic, hexane-free and in a brown glass bottle. I usually buy a larger bottle and then I get a smaller brown bottle with a dropper which I fill and keep by my bed. Then I keep the larger bottle in the fridge to keep it fresher. It is the last thing I do before I close my eyes as it does cause a bit of blurriness because I put the one drop directly into my eyes like an eye drop.
My Middle eastern family (iraq) planted castor trees everywhere in our yards. I remember playing with the seeds because they were so cute😅. I’d say castor oil, olive oil, sesames oil and rose oil and water are a must for every Arab or middle eastern girl.
I had them too on our compound growing up in Uganda. Yes, the seeds were fun! I must say, there were some nasty bugs that loved the castor plants and they terrified me as a child😅
I had the same exact experience with doctor's couldnt figure it out what was wrong with me for years. I was diagnosed wrong with Rheumatoid Arthritis. No wonder my body rejected/bad reaction to RA meds. After 12 yrs of hell and my body severely declined the last few years and surprised i didn't go into a hypothyroid coma. I had to tell the doctors to test my thyroid levels again. My levels were severe....the weird thing mt tsh levels showed normal for 10 yrs. My new doctor said it happens often...the tsh blood tests are not always accurate. My body had swelled up with at least 60-80lbs of fluid. The fluids just kept swelling in my body for 3 yrs. It had pushed my skin around to the poiny it got tangled up. Ever since i started thyroid meds about a year ago....ive dropped 4 dress sizes from all thr fluid draining out of my body. I still have some fluid left. Im luckt to be alive and i thank Jesus for it. I had gotten so bad last year...i stopped eating, I couldn't stay awake. I was falling asleep on the toilet. Falling asleep standing up. I had no control over it. My hormone levels were almost nonexistent. I felt like i was dying. More than half of my hair fell out. I had beautiful hair and tons of it before most fell out. My vision would get blurry. My whole body hurt so much. I could barely walk. I was short of breath. My head hurt so bad from all the fluid pressure on my head and my skin was pushed around from the fluid snd my skin had hardened. I couldn't control my bladder half the time. I was only 45 yrs old. My husband was so cruel to me when i was sick. He was mad because, i couldn't clean, cook, do laundry, help with our small business we own, ect. I guess he only cared about what i can do for him. I feel like a different peson now. Im almost totally healed.
Oooooh my goodness I am so so sorry this happened to you!! What misery you went through for so long and with no help from your husband or doctors! I'm so happy you finally started mending and got to the bottom of the issues. Women truly go through so much!! Bless you and wishing you total healing!
Your story is scary. I'm glad you're better and I hope you remind your hubby of those vows "in sickness and in health" presuming those were your vows. I simply couldn't say "obey" so we changed that line😂. Best of luck.
@@rcc2021 No, I don't have RA myself, but I did have Hoshimoto\Hypothyroidism. I have family members with RA though and it's helping for pain. I have a video talking about castor oil and my thyroid if you're interested - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0HQLOcqE3d4.html
Barbara oneil is one of the best educators that is helping the public heal. I thank her and i also thank you for sharing and being real. The keltic salt i cannot find but i found the boulder salt.
It's called Celtic Salt and bought it from a health food store. It's very wet and I prefer Pink Himalayan salt or sometimes use Redmond Real Salt. I add pink salt salt to my water to stay hydrated.
I have Rheumatoid arthritis with severe dry eyes and face. Ive been using castor oil and my eyes are so better, my face is softer and not dry anymore. I got my eyeliner tattooed years ago and lost my bottom eyelashes but I've noticed they are growing back since using castor oil for a straight month now. Thank you for the extra info on this 🙏
So happy for you!! I'm so glad you found it helpful and are getting results. Just FYI, if you're interested - The castor oil/cayenne pepper infusion is wonderful for RA pain, especially during a flair up.
You may be plus size right now but you keep doing what you’re doing and you will shrink down to your liking as well. Keep up the good work. God bless you. And my family is from Alexandria
I’ve been using red light with coconut oil as the last part of my morning skin care routine - I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin between using the coconut oil alone and with the red light. My skin is so much firmer and smoother. I’m excited to try this with castor oil!
I just found you on RU-vid and I’m thrilled that I did. I had to subscribe and can’t wait to watch more. Thank you for all the hard work you put into this.❤❤
Excellent information and so true ,only please ,think about discarding the plastic roll on of caster oil .You see the plastic is drawn into the caster oil (caster oil is so powerful at doing this ) and one doesn t know how long the caster oil has stood in the plastic container . What goes in through ones eyes then circulates around one s body . Problems may not show up immediately ,however regular use over time ,there will be build up .Thank you my lovely ,love from England .
I truly appreciate you! I look forward to your notification. I have been putting castor oil on my eye lids, lashes, and brows for severa lmonths now. My lashes are longer brows are fuller. Keep giving us these awesome tips. Going to start putting it on my thyroid today!
I've been wanting to try this. What's holding me back is I'm afraid it will mix with my eye creams and get them in my eyes and burn or worse. Do you just use the caster oil or do you use eye creams as well? My eyes are starting to show some age so I need eye creams of some kind. Then again maybe the caster oil will be better than regular eye creams?
I smear a heavy coat of castor oil all over the eyes,,lids, brows, lashes all a round the eye socket. Now I'm a cosmetiholic, so this goes on last after all the serums, eye creams, and peptides and moisturizers. Sometimes it get in my eyes but never had a problem with it burning but I go right to bed. Every one's different. You could try a little and do a test. Hope's that helps.
Thank you for your precise, yet abbreviated explanations of all of the miraculous benefits of castor oil. I appreciate the info and with gratitude, may I send blessings to you for being so thorough without being boring.
I'm so happy to hear you say it doesn't have to be expensive! I've got all red bulbs that look like yours as room lights. Right now I've only got it next to my bed, but might put up a few more. The light coming from these is not super even. One alternative is an RTL-12A, B or C. But shipping can be expensive, so it might be 100$ or more from AliExpress. They're nice as face light. But for the body I prefer cheapo pads. The best, most reliable has been one with a grid of 5x12 leds, a controller and regular USB plug you can use with a regular power bank. I think it takes 2,1 A, but might be 2,5. That's a lot of power right on the skin compared to the small size. They come with plastic or neoprene layer over the leds. These are more powerful than most other cheap pads I've tried. Very good for tired muscles under the skin surface. I have used one of those for my jaw, but generally something that has distance between the skin and it is better. You can use an RTL-12 closer, since you'll be running it off a power bank. The bulb she has needs 30 cm distance and longer working time. If you can spare that time, it's more than good enough.
Oh wow - you have a whole set up and are super knowledgeable! I love that!! A few years ago, I built a PVC contraption and hung the red light bulbs on it so I could use it over my whole body. I'm really tall, so it ended up taking up a lot of room in my closet. LOL! I love that you have them all over though! When the lights strobe or have uneven light, that usually means the socket isn't providing enough wattage. USB is notorious for that. I use cheap pendant lights from Amazon that allow the full wattage to come through. In fact, I just posted a communities post (link here www.youtube.com/@UhapiBeauty/community) showing the set up. I love red light therapy and YES, so amazing for muscles, skin, hair, even cellulite!
So I want to make a sincere findings. I came across your video three days ago. I've been battling with external pile at the anus for six good years right from jhs 3 till now. So after watching your video decided to try it. God been so good it's shrinking for the past three days. No feeling of pains anymore.
It also can be taken orally as well. And it can help our pets too. My cat gets constipated & I had forgotten to give me a few doses of his Miralax, and he got constipated & his anus was protruding. I gently cleaned it first, & then put the castor oil all over it, and of course, have him his Miralax & lactose to "get things moving". I reapplied the castor oil 3xs per day, & the next day, his anus was completely back to normal. I am now going to research & see if it's safe to give cats castor oil orally too, and then if so, I might be able to replace the Miralax with the more natural castor oil.
@@CherylBerryl Yes!! My daughter puts castor oil on her cat's eyes. He has glaucoma and it's helped so much with pressure and swelling!! It's helped with the cloudiness as well! That's so amazing it helped your dog and his issues. I'll remember that from now on!
Very interesting information. I have heard of caster oil for people's cataracts but never thought about it for animals. My tiny dog has a small cataracts. I will research using it to see if it might help her.
I’m so very happy that the RU-vid algorithm Gods put you in my feed! Can’t wait to catch up on past and see all you future videos…you were heaven sent!!!xo
How is the taste of the coffee when you add chili powder? What would be the purpose of doing so if I may ask? I usually add cinnamon powder in mine. I’m sure the chili gives the coffee a nice little kick.
I’ve been using my red light mask at night right after I out my retinA on, and my skin is gorgeous! It is so soft and smooth, even my clueless hubby noticed. I didn’t notice any difference using three red light with castor oil.
I didn't notice a difference either! I think the changes are only seen over a course of time. If you check out my before/during/after - the changes are significant, but to ME, I looked exactly the same.
Interesting! So you use you red light with tretinoin on? A lot of ppl advise against that but I actually never knew why. Happy it works for you… have to research that a bit more but I am intrigued! Do you use it right after or do you wait some time?
I absolutely love her! Her videos are great. But, you can look it up, oil pulling is more than swishing it in your mouth. You actually push & pull it through your teeth. If you’re not a flosser, you will need to do so. I’m sure that swishing a fresh spoonful or whatever you choose would be a fabulous bonus. And, the most important reason not to swallow it is because it will be filled with toxins. In fact, brushing after is a good idea to make certain the toxins are out. I haven’t used the castor oil for pulling yet, but I am going to start tonight. I have always used coconut oil because that’s what I found in research. I’m sure that castor oil is much better because of all the naturally occurring properties that will I’m sure bring out a lot more toxins than coconut oil. 🙏❤️
It's helped my drooping eyelids lift a decent amount, it's insane, I rub it all over my face I'm 49 and after a couple months I just noticed this incredible change so I researched if that happens and I read many testimonies on that as well.
I am two weeks in with using castor oil and I am almost 59. I am already seeing the results and just got a red light therapy machine (no emf and low flicker) which I haven't tried yet but loo forward to combining them. Thanks!
Oh I’m using this light for about a year. Really no need to spend so much money for expensive gadgets. This light bulb does the job! And it works on dual voltage, suitable for Europe too.
Just wanted to share how red light therapy has seriously helped with my chronic skin issues! After trying countless treatments, I decided to give red light therapy a shot. I picked up a panel from Future Form Official, a company based out of Norway. Not only was the price absolutely a steal, but the quality blew me away! I've been using it consistently, and the results? My skin inflammation has drastically reduced and my overall skin texture has improved-it's incredible! If anyone's considering it, I highly recommend checking them out. Trust me, your skin will thank you! 😊👍
Even Dr Dray recommends for on the eye area skin! Which was a minor victory for me, i am a science loving skeptic who gets great results from oils & products closer to their whole form. I think most derms & formulators underestimate the different niches of plant oils, lanolin etc, i have an enormous collection of base oils & regular retail EOs, and i get great results! I had an eye area skin flare up this winter & castor has repaired me quickly! I use it daily to keep that skin healthy
This is amazing as I was just going to do red light therapy on my face. I normally use another oil with it. I only use castor oil at night. So this is interesting ❤
Great video!!! So informative!! Like I said before…Girl!! You ROCK!! I just love you and your personality!!! I’m from NC and you make me feel like I’m back home!! Keep Rockin’ it, Sis!!
Great vid! Thank you. Love casteroil and my red light - will continue to use both! I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid decades ago, only recently found out it is just one of many other chronic issues I have due to Metabolic Syndrome. None of my Drs clued me in until I went on line to get info. A life saver all the way round, many of my chronic issues are going away, including Pre-diabetes! Off of most of my meds now. Keep up the great vids!
@@UhapiBeauty Yes, there are many Metabolic Drs, researchers, specialists who do great vids/lectures/interviews on this, including diet, tests to get etc. Dr Ken Berry, Dr Ben Bickman, Dr Philip Ovadia, Dr Anthony Chaffee and many others. Most main stream MDs are not educated in this, as you said you have to be your own advocate. 80% of the population has it and dont know it because of this. Even children as young as 6. Easy to test for, just not done?! It is well worth getting my health back after 40 yrs of dealing with various things.
@@UhapiBeauty Yes, I follow several Drs who are Metabolic Drs., researchers and others. They have many vids - interviews, medical lectures, etc. Dr Berry, Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Philip Ovadia, Dr Ben Bikman and others. They all have dietary recommendations. I have used them with great success. I went from Keto, to Ketovore and then Carnivore. I got the best results on Carnivore, but I have had Metabolic Syndrome for decades and didnt now it. 80% of the population has this, even as young a 6 yrs old. 8 out of every 10ppl. But main stream Drs are not educated in this (in school or out) so they have no knowledge of it, nor know how to test for it and the protocols to treat it (diet). Tests are easy and not complicated, you just have to get a Dr to do it. Or, you can go to a lab independently and have your own tests done. The info/vids on all the Drs above will tell you which tests are important, which are not. The entire journey has been worth it to me to get my health back.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I love cayenne powder in my coffee every morning. I’m so used to it in my coffee that coffee tastes boring to me without it. I love castor oil, too. I put it on my fingernails and toenails every night for healthy looking nails and stopped wearing nail polish.
I so agree!! Cayenne is a great anti-inflammatory and I can tell the difference in how I feel when I don't put it in my tea. It also, like you, taste less boring. 🥰 XO
Thank you so much for all the info. I have had hypothyroidism for so long, but have never felt like Doctors actually care about getting your numbers correct. If it's in the range, its called good whether I feel better or not.
I mix castor oil with whipped tallow balm and green coffee bean extract (for caffeine for your skin) and it has made me and my husbands skin soooo nice
Thank you! According to this article, it's perfectly safe as long as you're gentle. betterbiom.com/blogs/learn/oil-pulling-with-crowns-and-fillings#:~:text=Having%20fillings%20should%20not%20prevent,which%20could%20potentially%20dislodge%20them.
I have some fillings and I also had very sensitive gums after brushing my teeth with castor oil and baking soda, my gums are great now even the receding gums have improved. I love this stuff
our biological dentist recommends only oil pulling for a couple of minutes if you have metal fillings. That was based on coconut oil which is typically swished for 20 minutes.
I’m giddy right now after watching this. I am so thrilled to know that there are so many things that can be healed or helped with Castor oil. I can’t wait to get started on them. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏🏻 ❤
Same to you!! I've had this bulb for years. I've heard conflicting statements on pros/cons of wearing glasses with it, but I just close my eyes under it and listen to a podcast for 20 minutes.
I hv hypothyroid.n got auto immune .i lost my hairs n got bald patches.but after applyin castor oil , rosemary oil n coconut oil all together..ders hair growth.all my patches hv gone.nw afterwatchin ur video i will use it on face n for thyroid....also.thanks alot for for lovely video .u r so beautiful.
Thank you! I just started using caster oil over a month ago for my eye brows and lashes and learned slowly over time all these other benefits.. like WOW! 🤩
Can you share what Target floor lamp you used for your bulb? Thanks for the content! I've been going down the rabbit hole on both red light therapy and castor oil so your video was very helpful!
It’s a rabbit hole indeed! 😅 I posted about my setup in my communities tab. The lamp itself isn’t high enough wattage, but I string the red light with a pendant lamp. Here’s the link to the post and picture: ru-vid.comUgkxiztz8fAkJ-K9r5H87nf6d80uPNQft6C0?si=TcjysR_0O29EP072
When I purchased the red light, I did buy eye protection, but now I never use it. It's very bright, but my eyes adjust after 30 seconds and then it's like sitting in the sun on a Spring morning. Very refreshing. I do close my eyes though.
Hi I’ve been using caster oil for two months roughly. I use it on my face, eyelids all over and eyebrows. My eye brows are growing back thicker after over a year of not growing. My skin is great. But most surprising of all my eye site is improving. I know this sounds far fetched. But I noticed yesterday I could see the writing in signs clearer l. I’m short sited and rarely ware my glasses guess it’s vanity and I don’t like wearing them. 😂but I honestly can say this oil has made me eyes better. I did get a rash once putting the oil below my below button for some reason. Just before the pubic area. I put some there because I’ve got fibroids. Not repeats that again I got an itchy red rash. No problems anywhere else. Sorry if this is too graphic on the last part.
WONDERFUL to hear!! Such a testament!! That makes me so happy! No worries about being graphic. IMO there's no such thing. I'd prefer we talk like friends!
@@farwakhan2740it certainly appeared to help me see with more clarity. I must admit I’ve not been using my oil as regularly. I’ve left life get in the way. I was applying the oil to my Eyelids every night with a cotton wool pad.

I recently had an eye test and could see the smallest letters. I still have glasses but just goes to show I much it helped.
I have been using castor oil packs for about 6 months. I started out listening to Barbara, then came across a video of Dr. Marisol of Queen of the Thrones, and use her all organic cotton packs and castor oil. She has the roller now which is in glass and organic with rose quartz roller. I highly recommend her products as she's done a lot of study as a naturopathic Dr and understands how plastics and other chemicals can leach. Thank you for the tips!
How do you know it's good for your vision??? It says on the light that you must use goggles? So you've been using the red light without goggles and your vision is better because of it?😊
I was hoping to see a before and after. I'm a visual learner so I need to see before/after images then it stays in my memory. And idea for another video perhaps ☺️. Hugs from the Scottish Highlands 😎🤘
I watched two videos from you. This 3rd one at about the 12 minute mark got me to SUBSCRIBE. Here enjoying learning from You ❣️ I don't think I have Thyroid issues but I have Energy and autoimmune/ high inflammation issues. I will definitely be trying and watching more of your videos.
Thank you so much!! My main content is plus size fashion videos but I follow Barbara O’Neill’s health teachings and felt compelled to spread the things that have worked for me. If you have TikTok, watch a few of her videos about the thyroid. They’re so informative!
Love this video! Thank you for sharing this valuable information! I can testify that castor oil made my eye floaters disappear and now after consistent use for about 6 months I have started to notice subtle vision improvement. I recently added Frankenscence for my face castor oil, I apply it every night to my entire face, neck and upper chest. Every morning I wash and re-apply mixed with a little aloe as my face primer. I will be trying the thyroid pack soon and after a few weeks move up to the cayenne infusion. Thanks again and God bless!
Green tea serum with Red Light Therapy is great too but Castor Oil mos def. Imay from now combine the 2 with IRT. Wow. Great video. You are lovely. Older ladies like me need this info. Thank You!!!
@@UhapiBeauty I’m nearly 60 & in the past 5 years I’ve really taken my skin care game up a notch. All these little things really help! I’m shocked you’re 44, you look 34! 🌹
@@SavvyMama Awe thank you! I'm like you, in the past couple of years I've tried to take good care of my skin. Lord knows in the 80's and 90's I didn't. Never wore sunscreen and slathered on PAM or Crisco for a tan! Good times!
@@UhapiBeauty I’ve been a Retin A user since age 36. I did always take care of my skin but started menopause 3 years ago & from that point my skin started to lose laxity. Which I’ve now all but reversed upping to Retin A . 01 %, Derma rolling, vitamin c & peptides during the day & infrared. Eventually I’ll probably get a face lift but I’ve seen so many bad ones I’m gonna put it off as long as I can. The best facelift I ever seen was on a lady who didn’t do it until she was 65. She’s 70 now & looks 50 ish. More & more cool stuff comes out yearly! It’s so awesome.
Yes, we can hear very well that you are from the south.😂 You put lots of valuable information in a short video including mentioning Barbara O'Neil. Great video! Big hugs from Germany!🤗 I subscribed.💗
