My late grandma seldom or never eat these 3fruits she was into meats n drinks like a whale alcohol n smoke tobacco she never wears eyeglasses she still went to her tobacco shop until she fell from her bed at 109 yr old then after a month she passed away. My late father has plenty of papaya plants n other tropical fruits we seldom eat papayas and my older siblings in their 80 90s still very active n healthy.
