Great tips ! Enjoyed the tips about throwing side arm especially when trying to get rid of the ball quickly in infield play !

Im not the coach but i throw with the girls at times. I've been trying to get them to apply these tips before i even knew these were tips. So great to see I'm doing it right.

What kind of distance do you recommend for 8U girls? We have ages from 6 to 9. Fifty feet is really far for them.
