I hear ya. 3 knee surgeries later, that ended my dreams. I ended up as a little league manager. Had a blast, but dang it was time consuming. The league(and mind you a very large league) wanted me to coach one of the All-Star teams to compete for state and I was like "Nope, I remember all that travel for 8 years when I played."
