I could see Sam's ego being hit a few times, especially when he made fun of Sam's physic. Sam has put a lot of work into it, and now he identifies as fit, so when Sahil joked about it, you could see that Sam wasn't happy but had to keep a straight face for the POD. But everything started when Sam insulted/made fun of Sahil, talking about what he was doing before getting famous; what looks like an overnight success is the result of continuing to keep going even during setbacks. The harder you work, the luckier you get. And the reality is that if you are invited to join the POD, you are not unique, you just wanted hard enough to have the force to push through all the adversity, and simply for that reason, you are already worthy of respect from your peers. Sam was feeling less alpha around Sahil ( probably because Sam is vain and doesn't like that Sahil is more handsome than him). So he started the POD, trying to make fun of him to put him in a position of beta and marking the POD as his territory to assert dominance. In the end, Shil ended up winning because he defended himself and could reply to all the jokes making fun of him without losing his composure. Overall this was an excellent POD booth for the content and the physiology behind the interactions. P.S. Shaan should wear a white T-shirt as a uniform because of what he was wearing during the POD with Rob Dyrdek (most videos on RU-vid from the channel).

I am late to this podcast bu it's weird how people's jealousy comes across and makes them accuse someone they don't know as a liar. Sahil is probably an introvert/shy person thats 'bootstrapping' his way into being an extrovert. He has to deal with his shyness because of what he does and that's the reason why he keeps looking away from the camera. All it is is that he is uncomfortable being on camera. I have a child just like him.
