hi Elaine I don’t know much about central Portugal 🇵🇹 I’ve only really driven through it and had stop overs…🌞…I know here in the south we get a lot milder winters and in central portugal even though it’s higher up so to speak the weather in summer is generally hotter than the south 🌻 here in the south you have everything on your door step ….all different restaurants,cinemas,shopping malls,hospitals not to mention the sea 🌊🐳🐬🦀 my advice is to travel like we did from north to south ….see what’s right for you…🦎 your husband might change his mind ….and if you come down south pay us a visit 🍻

I just don't think our money will go as far as it will in central. We want land, and want to have a homestead. Just live the good life 😊. Building a home from scratch is not something we have any skills in at all, very basic DIY only😂 I will look into the South more, thank you for the information, have to look for school as well😤 our 8yr old will have to go to school. As at the moment he is home educated. Thanks again 😘❤️
