True Leadership is both inspiring and invigorating. It is such a wide spectrum thing it encompasses everything in Life..to provide many shades and hues of it.. Rathan Tata to Rehman,Doval to Dhoni. Leadership also comes in all sizes..Macro and Micro.. as Mr.Modi impresses me as the Macro new age Political Leader of the World .. The street corner flower vendor woman shines in as a MicroLeader as she does her multi-tasking so well amidst all the uncertainties around. But there are some other Leadeships which stands up and Shines like becon lights and North Stars ....both showing the way and inspiring..also leading you there if you walk their way..Sri Rama,Krishna,Adhi Shankara,Buddha, Paramahamsa,Vivekananda and the like..plenty here and many across the World. For a lot of us the first inspiration of a good leadership comes invariably from our Mother..the way she cares and runs that small world called Family..and passes on the values as a baton. ....no wonder this Nation has a strong DNA for Leadership...and continues to give that to the Nation and World.

Previously it was "integrity insight & inclusiveness" now changed to inspiration. The chameleon changes its colour to suit the enviornment its passing through. I see one before me. And you will get eaten when you come close not knowing there was a cunning chameleon right near you, the blending colours fooled you.
