Quattro River Rally was the first round of the Croatian national rally championship and Alpe Adria Rally Cup. The event was based in Karlovac with 12 stages 6 on the first day and 6 on the second day, with the fact that the stages of the second day will be used in Croatia Rally but in the opposite direction.
The event was won by Nikolay Gryazin and Kostantin Aleksandrov (Citroen C3 Rally2), 1 minute 13 seconds behind in second place were Pepe López and David Vázquez (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) while in third place were Finns Lauri Joona and Janni Hussi (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2).
First in Croatian championship were Viliam Prodan and Marko Stiperski (Ford Fiesta Rally3) 49.4 seconds ahead of Jan Pokos and Viljem Ošlaj (Ford Fiesta Rally3) and in third place were Nenad Lončarić and Pinky (Subaru Impreza STi N12)
