I took a long time off of baseball cause of an injury and now I have a upper-cut swing. Any drills I can do to help me out? Also it’d be nice to get a drill for timing.

Damn I wish youtube was a thing when I was a kid. I've always had a good glove but now that I'm playing again as an adult I realize I was never really taught anything outside of "elbow up". But now I'm bouta work these dudes using ur tips, thanks breh!

Thanks coach, I havent had the best confidence at the plate and that really affected me I was thinking about mechanics to often and still do. I'm to worried about hitting bad grounders or pop ups I expect the perfect hit. I keep getting angry with myself. This video really helped.
