If you just blend roughly sliced frozen bananas with no liquid or yogurt, the nice cream will hold a thick, ice cream consistently and doesn't melt for quite a while. I add berries or peanut butter and that's it. Just blend it very slowly at first and then increase the speed. You won't need any liquid.
These look amazing!! I can’t wait to try the avocado mousse 💕 Maybe next week you could do a video on some healthy savory snacks? ☺️ Looking forward to the haul video too! Keep up the awesome work!
These look so delicious! Definitely going to try the apple cinnamon tonight since I've got all the ingredients here already xD Thanks so much. You are so sweet and adorable
Your food is so inspiring.I wish you did a grocery list for each week, the week before so I can have my stuff ready and make the meals each day I watch it. New subscriber love your videos!
I love your recipes so much! It's easy and not time-consuming at all. I made one of your recipes every week and it all turns out perfect. Thank you so much!
I love your apple dessert! I usually cook the apples in the microwave and it works well too! Thanks so much for all those recipes! It's probably a lot of work to make a video each day! ❤
These desserts came just in time!! I’ve been craving desserts but most of them are processed and baked goods so I’m gonna make some healthy ones now!!! Thanks!
We tried the bake apple recipe. My family loved the dessert! We paired it with Greek yogurt and homemade granola (oats, pecans, dried strawberries, dark chocolate, honey, peanut butter) and it tasted like apple pie! Thank you for the amazing recipe!
I've been doing clean eating and I was having a chocolate craving. I made this avocado chocolate mousse! WOW! I am so impressed. I agree it's not super sweet, but I added ripe berries on the side and it was perfection!💕🌺 thank you for the inspiration!
i like drizzling apples in honey if you want to change it up from peanut butter. it creates a nice runny honey syrup at the bottom of the bowl that I drink afterwards haha
I watched the recipe to the first one with the apples, made it, and ate it while i was watching the rest of the video.😂 I made it with the microwave (2 minutes on high) and it's so delicious! Love it.❤
Ooh, I love these! I have such a big sweet tooth but I know that I need to start cutting out processed sugars in my diet 😅 I’ve made chocolate mousse with avocados too but instead of using maple syrup for sweetness I use dates.
I’ve been doing a snack similar your apple one but on the stovetop. Dice up apples and pear and put into a pot with a little water, bit of maple syrup and cinnamon. Cook 15-20 mins. They get very syrupy this way. I make a batch every week. I add a big tablespoon of it on top of vanilla Yoplait Source yogurt which is only 35 calories.
Soft tofu can also be used in the chocolate mousse! :) Annnd it is pretty bland too. 😁 Though it is less firm than the avocado once finished. Still good though! Yumyummmm.
Chocolate mousse with avocado?? A real chocolate mousse is with eggs and chocolate two healthy ingredients. Ahah It’s really easy ^^ Thanks for the video ^^
Great video! Just wanted to let you know that the whole reason vegans call it nicecream is because it is usually free of animal products, hence its nice to the animals and your body :)
