You can try SEEEDBOUNTY Hair oil , my entire family is using it for 3-4 months now .found it really awesome and works well. Its Natural and has Onion Ginger Karanja tea tree etc. around 21 natural ingredients . There is SEEDBOUNTY shampoo also available , you can try both . @@sachin_ssr get ur vitamin d, b12, sgpt & ferritin (iron stores)checked. Nutritional deficiency is the main cause of hairloss and also avoid stress. Since u r a male pcos, & hormonal disbalance is not the reason. Males do get MPHL (AGA) which is majorly due to strong genetics. (Hairloss from center of head or in M shape front) however u should still get ur vitamins checked.

I am 15 years old and i had very very very thick hair but since 12 years of age my hairs started falling . I experience so much hair fall in one day . On normal days my 10 to 12 hairs fall but on wash days my hairs fall upto 200. My diet is very good . I eat all vegetable and also leafy vegetables since kid and i dont take much stress . My genetics is also very good. My maternal and paternal family all have very very thick hair . But they started noticing hair fall when they were at 30s . But my hair fall started at 12 only . I have done all temedies but the day i did any remedy , my hairs fall more . I had consulted doctor but all doctors said not to take stress but i did not take much stress . I took good care of my hair oiled it very nicely since childhood but then also my hairs fall and now i have very thin hair

Mam I really don’t understand why my hairs are falling because as you said I completely follow all these routines and even I don’t use shampoo instead of shampoo I use amla shikakai and reetha boiled paste .
