While funny, no, the US never lost a single battle in Vietnam. The US pulled out because they lost support at home. When the US pulled out, Saigon was still under the control of the South Vietnamese, our allies. It wasn't until American forces left that Saigon fell.

I know it's satire and not to be taken seriously but the Rambo Twilight torture is in accurate. That book was published in 2005 and the Rambo movie came out in 1982.
