The 115 charged are only 4 serious charges repeated over and over again + a few nonsensical charges like the grass length and such. They will be cleared of it.

You'd have to be delusional to actually believe they could be innocent of 115 charges, you dont just get accused of breaking 115 rules if you are squeaky clean. Especially since they didn't just provide evidence of their books and end this investigation, instead they've been fighting the investigation every step of the way. Also the embassy has been talking to the UK government about these charges so i see it as very likely they barely get anything at all with all the politics involved, which really puts a problem over the whole league. What a joke of a situation.

Where is the proof from PL that MC cheated. Most of charges are non cooperation. It’s PL to prove MC guilty but not other way around. MC had admitted their guilty verdict long ago if PL had any prove

@@ma466 I don't think you understand, non cooperation is cheating. It's like your taxes, when the government asks for your wages earned in the year to charge you taxes and you just don't give them anything that's still against the law lol. Same situation here, if the prem is asking for there finances and they don't cooperate that is cheating, why obfuscate your books if you're clean. City already did the same thing with drug testing, not telling the agency proper information and such. They are cheaters, plain and simple

@@ma466 No, you're wrong. It is NOT the job of the Premier League to prove guilt. That is how it works in common law in the UK, but not how sporting law works. Man City have been charged by the Premier League, it is on the club to prove their innocence, whereas in common law it is the job of the prosecution to prove guilt beyond all reasonable doubt. Man City have admitted guilt to a number of the charges, but not to all, they've asked for 3 different delays to the court hearing which is why it's now scheduled for 2025, a club that could easily prove their innocence wouldn't do that, they would just clear their name and move on. They've also been charged for a number of these breaches before, but by UEFA - where they were also found guilty and banned from UEFA competitions, before appealing to CAS who ruled that the guilty verdict cannot stand in a European court of law because the information was obtained illegally (through email hacking), which nulled the ruling and because City spent so long tying up the hearing the date for UEFA to take action against City with legally obtained information had passed. They got off on a technicality, because of European laws, but the FA does not need to follow the rules of CAS so City can't do the same thing again. City cheated. It's not a conspiracy, it's not a controversial statement, it's just a fact. Sooner you accept that, the sooner you can start looking for the next team to hop on the bandwagon of.

If MC would found guilty then why there is a news in Thick air that PL n MC are looking for an out of court settlement? I don’t need to jump onto next club because i know MC will only be found guilty only for not mowing long grass.

The reason it’s 2 years in the making is because City have 26 lawyers and a legal bill of over £100m as reported by the Athletic. You can’t blame the premier league for this situation City have done the same thing they done with UEFA which was tie it up in litigation. They have already been found guilty by UEFA and the court of arbitration but but charges were reduced as UEFA rules have a time limit

The amount of cognitive dissonance being displayed is mind boggling. You cannot separate the play on the pitch from the 115 charges. Every fan who doesn't support city has every right to feel aggrieved every time the pip a title, qualify for the UCL and a team gets relegated. They are directly correlated! 115 charges? They aren't getting clear of them all lets be real. The moment city announced they made more turnover than United and Madrid was them showing to the whole world they were allegedly cooking the books. Obviously you're free to disagree FD but my goodness do you have to have complete blinders on to ignore the 115 so you can enjoy 'entertaining' City football.

No sympathy for City having to wait for the charges to be held or cleared. It's them who are holding up proceedings by not engaging or opening their books. Instead they're filibustering and throwing their money at it to slow it down.

As a city fan. I'm not bothered too much about the result of the investigation. If worse comes to worst we get stripped of everything but that doesn't take away the memories. And if we get kicked out of the league and have to start from the bottom, we will still turn up to watch out players whoever they may be.

I simply do not understand this narrative that City have had an off-season. They are on a RECORD unbeaten run for goodness sake. The argument they've had an off season is ludicrous. In regars to Arsenal, they've been phenomenal no doubt and any banter they get from rival fans is just jealousy, BUT Arsenal simply did not match City when it mattered most, simple. Small correction Dougie at 7:39 you say City finished with the best goal difference, not quite right, they finished joint top best goal difference.

Yeah but…it’s a horrible and frustrating situation regarding City’s 115 charges…because City aren’t cooperating with the investigation! They have brought in their legion of lawyers to defend them and slow the process down. Whereas Forest and Everton both admitted guilt and helped the Premier League investigate. So any “oh it’s annoying and taking too long” is City’s own fault and that’s what you get when you’re owned by a nation state used to getting their own way and working behind the scenes as they wish. It taints everything City do, despite their excellence on the pitch. It makes it all feel plastic and exactly what it has been from the beginning, “sport-washing”.

They ARE guilty without a doubt. How can anyone be not guilty for not providing financial information 54 times? Was the financial information lost in the mail? 54 times? How can anyone be not guilty for not cooperating with the financial investigation 35 times? Was it a mere misunderstanding? 35 times? Why would an innocent party drag this legal process on purpose for so long? A truly innocent party would provide everything and prove its innocence in a matter of days. There is no logical reason for an innocent to consistently drag and stall a legal process. Only a guilty would, to try to find some legal loophole and to burden the opposition with enormous legal bills. Man City is without any doubt guilty and it is disgraceful that they are allowed to stall and keep stealing trophies and millions from the Premier League in the process.

89 points with a 62 goal difference would've won the league in 18 of the 24 seasons before Pep took over at City. Also, you're talking about "bright futures" at other clubs, but Arsenal had the third youngest squad in the league this season, they are only going to get better. I'm not particularly pleased about it, but Arsenal are here to stay for a few years at least.

@@TJW-YT In no way am I saying they won’t contend but they certainly won’t be alone and maybe not even favorites depending on the time frame of when Pep eventually leaves. City will still have elite talent, Liverpool will hang around like they do, Spurs and Newcastle are wildcards, United and Chelsea can become favorites with just a handful of moves. My point is I don’t think when Peps gone they should be automatic favorites, I think it’ll become anyone’s league to win like it was just about a decade ago at this point.
