These definitely seem like a go to me. I currently have the pulse but they hurt my ears after about 20 minutes. I'm hoping these are more comfortable than those.
I have the Sony H7 and, despite a few minor flaws, I am very satisfied with it. However, I will now buy the H9 for 2 reasons; 1) ANC and 2) The ear cushions. On the H7, the ear cushions are made of fabric or whatever you want to call it and that is certainly not bad, but when I sweat on the ears, it sticks to the fabric, not pleasant. That's why I hope that the H9 which has different ear cushions will be the better one. I can tell you that the H7 and of course the H9 feel very nice and light on the head. The microphone is very good here with skype. If I raise the microphone, my buddy can't hear me anymore ;), I like that very much, suppose you have to say something to your partner that is private, just raise the microphone and put it on the other side. you no longer hear. The only downside is the headband that comes loose quite quickly, I have to stick it on with polish ;). But no worries. It doesn't bother you. Another thing that can happen is that I am listening to RU-vid and I fast forward, etc., and the sound is too slow or has disappeared, then you simply have to refresh the RU-vid. I don't know how this happens. But nothing bad, just refresh and that's it, it doesn't always happen. I am also pleased with the sound of the games, I hear the footsteps in back4blood, I have set everything to my own liking. I will leave it open as to whether this is the best gaming headphone, but it is certainly one of the better ones that sits comfortably on your head, good microphone, decent battery life and the sound when gaming, if you can adjust it to your own wishes, is very good. well, no complaints about that. I game on pc.
So many manufacturers don't care about microphone quality; Sony is one of those companies. It's a shame. If the mic was decent on the H3, H7 and H9 they would have won some awards this year - for sure. EPOS has always produced headsets with excellent mics. Now Corsair has stepped up its game to produce excellent mics. I don't know if Logitech, Razer, HyperX and Astro will ever climb on board. Only time will tell.
Yeah i totally don’t get why they made such a bad mic for this headset, let that alone the rest of it it’s really good and have been enjoying a lot. Let’s hope they’re gonna do different in the future
Meh its the same thing with smart phone with camera while it may be good for headphone come with good mic and smart phone with good camera alternately they are just secondary features or extension or parts . More than half of the consumer do not care at all .

How is the audio quality on apps like Netflix from ps5? does volume adjustment work well? and does show volume adjustment on screen on these apps? I'm asking because I've tried other headphones and the audio quality drops drastically on these apps compared to when playing games...and I'm looking for the perfect headphones for both gaming and watching TV series from ps5.
Feel like i need all the noise cancelling i can get with my neighbors. Although sometimes it can backfire by blocking all the low frequency noise, making their tv and conversations more audible.

@@Brianqk sadly i went with the H9 for the noise canceling! 😭😭😭 but whatever I’m sure by the time these start flaking there will be some new latest and greatest headset.
I have had the chance to try the pulse 3D and they’re clearly delivering a lesser experience compared to the H7, not only audio wise but especially comfort wise in my opinion.
@@Brianqk Hey bro i returned my pulse 3d because they were too hot becausebof the leather and felt too heavy, made my ears hurts every 15 - 20 minutes... I actually use a Hyperx cloud stinger core wired that weights 235 grams is super comfortable but i hate the cables hanging on my neck. Are they not heavy? Ive read they weight 320 grams seems heavy but i like the cloth pads

Do you happen to have a Nintendo Switch? I’ve had nothing but problems with it. The audio constantly cuts in and out and sometimes becomes extremely distorted. I’ve tried looking up solutions online and nothing has fixed it. Did I get a faulty headset or is this a common issue with the Switch?
I don’t happen to have a Nintendo switch, but I’ve had similar issue in the past with some Sony Headsets. It could be a faulty headset, I suggest you try to connect it to a different device and see if you still get the same issue

It’s a monitoring feature, you should be able to turn that off trough the inzone app on your PC and it should carry over to PS5. Let me know if that works!

Leather is way better at cleaning while the cloth padding absorbs the serum & cream in the long run and you can imagine the rest yourself....
Hope this isn't one of those bought YT vids, I bought a pair of Astro a20 gen 2 after a few positive videos and they suck ass, heavy, uncomfy to start.
