There were big plays to two open receivers, a mishandled FG attempt, a big QB slipped from sure tackle twice, the penalty for an ineligible player downfield on FAMU that resulted in a TD, and redundant play calls by the OC.

All and all, from what I seen was a pretty good game. NSU was kinda getting away from what got them there earlier in the game. FAMU kept grinding and had a few big plays that shifted momentum a bit. I think both of them will be ok for the season though.

FAMU definitely underestimated Norfolk, but made the correct adjustments like they always do. FAMU will find away and still win the SWAC.

😂FAMU won. They were only down because they didn't plan for NSUs game plan and TERRIBLE tackling. FAMU will beat SCSU and win the SWAC...again. Daniel Richardson went through his progressions and hit multiple players. They just COULDN'T stop Gassett. Another great break down, Mr. Orr.
