3 Reasons why you should to retire now
𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 📅 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆.𝗰𝗼𝗺/𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Are you on the fence about retiring? Wondering if now is the right time to finally bid farewell to the workforce and embrace a life of leisure? In this eye-opening video, we delve into three compelling reasons why retiring now might just be the best decision you'll ever make.
1. Time is Your Most Valuable Resource:
Time - it's the one commodity we can never get back. Every moment spent working is a moment you could be using to pursue your passions, spend time with loved ones, or simply enjoy the fruits of your labor. As we delve deeper into our careers, it's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that we have an unlimited amount of time to retire. But the truth is, time waits for no one. By retiring now, you're reclaiming your most precious resource and investing it where it truly matters - in living a fulfilling life.
2. Your Time in Retirement is Shorter Than You Think:
One of the biggest misconceptions about retirement is that we have decades of leisure ahead of us. While it's true that retirement offers the opportunity to enjoy newfound freedom, it's essential to recognize that our time in retirement may be shorter than we anticipate. Life is unpredictable, and none of us can foresee what the future holds. By retiring now, you're seizing the opportunity to make the most of your retirement years while you're still in good health and able to fully enjoy them.
3. You Have Enough Money to Retire:
Financial concerns are often cited as the primary reason for delaying retirement. However, if you've diligently saved and planned for your future, chances are you have enough money to retire comfortably. Many individuals underestimate their financial readiness for retirement, fearing they haven't accumulated sufficient savings to sustain them through their golden years. In reality, with proper financial planning and budgeting, you may find that you're in a better position to retire than you thought. By taking a closer look at your financial situation and consulting with a financial advisor, you may discover that retiring now is not only feasible but highly advantageous.
Join us as we explore these three compelling reasons why retiring now could be the best decision you'll ever make. Whether you're eagerly counting down the days until retirement or still unsure about taking the plunge, this video will provide valuable insights and guidance to help you make an informed decision about your future. Don't let fear or uncertainty hold you back - retire now and start living the life you've always dreamed of.

Very Informative video. I’m 55 years old, and retired 5 years ago. I’m a believer of planning ahead for the future. I started getting retirement plans at a very early stage in my life, which allowed me to plan out how much I need to save on an annual basis. I planned to retire at age 50, and was very disciplined about my finances. Today I am enjoying my life and get to spend quality time with my children and parents. I was always told by my parents early in life: “If You Fail to Plan, You Are Planning to Fail”

I like this different shift in mindset to retiring earlier as opposed to later so you can enjoy your youth.

Key point: There’s a huge difference between Life Expectancy and Healthy Life Expectancy. The median age for a first heart attack or stroke is 65.5 and first cancer diagnosis is 66. If you make it without these your health will be a lot worse at 75 than 65. You won’t be climbing mountains at 75. There is a marked increase in deaths from the 75th year to 76. What this means is : You’ll spend far less at 75-84. You basically have 12 years to do what you enjoy actively from 63-75 . Therefore the time is constrained . Don’t go spending crazy but get your bucket list tucked in the first 10-12 years but keep invested to see you through the last 10.

Great video! #1 Get debt free as soon as possible. #2 We can not control time or healthy time to enjoy life. I’ve seen a number of very rich multimillionaires who got a death sentence from cancer and said their money is absolutely useless and would give it all up to be healthy once again. Great point to illustrate a widowed or single person. Especially women. On average they live 5 years longer than males.

Good video. Thankfully having a few rental properties has allowed me to retire at 54 and be the primary caregiver to my 3yo granddaughter.

Well said! I found that I needed a different financial planner to help me put my plan into perspective. It was my lack of confidence in my original financial plan that prevented me from retiring sooner!! Time is precious! Love the demonstration of the various scenarios using the suns. This does hit hard. Thank you!

You are so deceived. Many kids don't get along with their parents. Also, there are lots of single people out there like me. Retired at 57 after 32 years as a high school teacher.
