I'm pretty sure it's referencing how close the US and USSR got to nuclear war because of simple mistakes, there's at least one case where a Soviet submarine nearly launched nuclear bombs because they lost connection with the Soviet Navy and strayed into US defended waters (literally came down to one guy with veto power vetoing the action after the command structure on the submarine all agreed to launch) Very bone chilling if you think about it

The majority of what was in Pacific was used across different segments of First Winter, though changed slightly. Even the rooms with the bodies on the beds and floors were used. The only thing that I didn't see used was the one room with the lever. It might as well be the same game.

*FourEye* That's because it was a demo. The only part that is the same is the changing gray rooms, the room with the cassette and bodies, and the room with the window with bars over it. The submarine wasn't a part of it.

It is Pacific for sure. The same poster about surviving an atomic bomb is in the first three minutes or so. I just had to got find out for sure and rewatch the video :3 they added a whole bunch of new really interesting mechanics in the full version though lol

I remember one that had those tapes playing and it was in a dark bunker like place with a ton of dark red lighting with a similar story. I can't remember the game that was that mark did a few years back.
