Pro tip: get certified as a personal trainer, and you will never have to go to the gym again. You’ll know everything you need to work out at home with very little equipment. You’d spend more on the membership than home equipment and training. You can do a lot with a yoga mat, balance disk, some medicine balls, exercise bands and a foam roller. Don’t forget the David Goggins coaching videos! 😅
To the gal in the first story, glad it worked out, but it would make much more sense to stay at the gym that you knew he had been banned from. Because by switching to a gym he hadn't been banned from, you would be more likely to run into him again.
Scariest thing that’s happened to me at the gym is failing a bench press rep w/o a spotter, so yea I could only imagine how frightening it was for all these people
I wonder what Garret told the hospital about his gun shot. Because whether he wanted to snitch on the guy or not, the hospital is required by law to report all gun shot wounds to the police.
