speaking of scary bowling stories, there was a shooting at a bowling alley near me, my teachers friend recalls the gunman pointing his gun at his face while he was on the ground, pulling the trigger, only to realize he ran out of ammo. Not a horror story, but still genuinely terrifying. I can’t imagine his fear looking down the barrel and the trauma afterward.

Wait, the last story sort of confused me, the girlfriend literally said let's get out of here as soon as she saw her EX, and then when they arrive home they hear noises above in the attic and turns out it's some random mental unstable person, that surprises me as I thought it would be her EX or one of the EX's relative.

I really don't see how people are so comfortable with leaving their windows open when they're not home like the OP in the last story 🤦‍♂️ Good neighborhood or not, you're asking for trouble. Even if some dangerous, predatory or unstable person doesn't decide to squat inside your home or lie in wait until you're vulnerable for an attack, thieves will ransack your house and steal everything of value that isn't nailed down.

I really dont understand how places like that refuse to hand over camera surveillance footage. You would think that cooperating with police and your customers affected would bring good publicity because you want your patrons to be safe. Crazy.

One aspect of the first story makes little sense. Even if OP couldn't prove that creepy Bob wasn't the one that grabbed him, they were still able to identify him as the one who was following them. While doing the police report, the PD would be the ones to ask for CCTV footage for the sake of an investigation. The fact that OP can positively identify the suspect is huge. This case should've been solved with ease, especially if the suspect paid for bowling or food/drinks. His name would be on file. There's an extremely high chance that the guy is a predator and/or worse. He should've been investigated. Than again, maybe he was. OP was just a kid at the time, so it makes sense they wouldn't have known all the details. Kinda funny how he was boasting that he wasn't a kid, even though he was only 13, lol.

I have a funny bowling story. I moved to New Hampshire just before my 21st birthday. The bowling alley we have is a nice retro place in a city nearby. After turning 21, maybe the second or third time going there, I bought a Twisted Tea at the bar. A pretty buzzed guy shook my hand and introduced himself as Gary. Fast forward to the next time I went there. It was me, my parents, and my mom's friend and his wife. 5 people. I bowled the best game I ever had, beaten only by my dad. There was one specific ball that made it possible I think. I ended up buying it, but it was secondhand and used to belong to someone, and even had their name on it. The name? Gary.

Bowling horror stories. That's actually a good idea for a new video. The first story tells me if a bowling alley refuses to show any evidence of something relating to an incident. They're only helping the incident happen again in the future. The second story tells me that it's the parent's fault for having those delinquent kids. They shouldn't have snuck into the place at night which tells me they all should've been locked up.

A horror story I had was from my first and last bowling trip. It was my eldest sister’s 16th birthday, and we went bowling. After my mom kept getting strikes, and my sisters and I weren’t doing bad ourselves, my dad (who kept getting gutters) cut the game short and made us go home. We never got to finish our game or go to the arcade 😢
