How often do you suggest posting pins? I was doing 3 times a week for awhile and hadn't seen much growth so I sort of abandoned it. Also, should you use the same keywords for each post within your niche?
It’s more about the quality of your content Vs quantity, and using the right keywords. I wouldn’t just use the same keywords for each post, I would make them topic relevant.

For tip#2: Is it better to edit the titles and descriptions days after a pin has been published or is it better to delete the pin entirely and repost it with new/ better keywords?
2nd one! I don't see relative pins to my entire ones! By the way, when I scroll down, there's no "More like this", I see "More to explore", is it the same?
Yes they both are same .... in my Pinterest also, it shows "more to explore"...but the thing is same that it suggests other pins also similar to yours.
