I am right here, feeling like my former world is so much smaller. I had to distance a long term friend, and he doesn't understand and then lashes out in emotion. This just happened yesterday again, and my mind starts questioning again, or telling me how lonely I'll be, or I'm crazy or 'think I'm better' for this distance. I just keep trying to be kind to others, and myself, and trusting the process. I am so much less emotionally reactive, be it I feel it in waves. I almost SEE the depression or heavy weight right outside this body, trying to enter, so I just refocus, do more practices, or go in nature to reinforce its distance. Your videos very often are SO in time with exactly where I am. I'm both very grateful, and then 'is this guy spying on me somehow!' Hahaha! I have an 'added' layer to get through I feel -with my native NYer cynicism and street smarts! Hahaha. This is NOT for the faint of heart, that's for sure. Learning to not be run by emotions or to let ppl go is not easy, but necessary. Thanks for doing these and for the added boost when my mind is trying to make its return. You are part of my progress. You are also part of my teachings when I read others, to give them that boost from where they are stuck. I wish i had u on speed dial! ❤✌️🌻

This is 100% of what i have been going through for 3 years now. I have really good happy days also. If it was all bad, then i wouldn't be here. What makes it very hard is having no one to talk to about it. I feel very alone at times, but I do realize I'm not. It's just that no one in 3d resonates with me. They just look at you like you're crazy and most times dismiss you. Thank you so much for these videos. If it wasn't for these, I would probably be put on medication. Sometimes I go through thoughts that maybe i should be on medication because there are times, not all the time, that i get slammed with extreme feelings of fear and anxiety and I dont now why or where its coming from. I am a highly intuitive empath, so I'm never sure if it is coming from myself or someone else. After much crying, meditations, and other spiritual practices, communicating with my higher self calms me down. Then i received these messages, and it helped me to get back pn track. Thank you so much!❤❤❤❤

I find myself NOW soooo sensative to anything said Negitive. Almost like a poison im afraid to go near or touch in case i absorb some! Totally crates me now if i use Gods name in vein, feels like i just called my mom a dirty whore or something. Also...So sensative to people saying well u need to do this or that to be fullfilled an happy...i be like..um no imreally enjoying being alone..peaceful...no stressed social crap... just me.. Love it. ❤..but ive aleays liked SOME solidtude as most country people do.

I knew she wouldn’t understand about my spiritual journey. So I listened to her concerns and let her know I’m fine. She believes I’m going down the wrong path. She is extremely religious & follows scripture. She isn’t ready to hear about my journey & thats ok, for now.❤
