I Cant believe your videos get such low attention. I've always been the protagonist of the best presentation in school, but since covid started college has been online, I got demotivated and tired of seeing always the same boring classes and presentations. I still get my 100% but I kept feeling like I wasn't doing the best job possible. About 1 week ago I found your channel and let me tell you, the knowledge I've gathered with your videos is Launching my presentations to the moon again. Thank you so much, and keep producing awesome content.

Thanks, Bernardo!!! Let the RU-vid algorithm know haha. It's fun to share so much good stuff with folks 👍👍 Keep on connecting in the comments. I'm working on a 3rd book at the moment, and we'll be weaving RU-vid comments into each chapter actually. I might need to share your quote here if that's okay with you: "About 1 week ago I found your channel and let me tell you, the knowledge I've gathered with your videos is Launching my presentations to the moon again."

Love the cards. Bought them before finishing your ice breaker video. You deserve a lot more subscriptions. I'm working to build a community globally within a company across all the time zones and cultures so this will really help! My intuition knew the cheesy way won't work and I was starting to use the type of logic you have so am chuffed to see this. Thanks for your work.

Absolutely, fantastic! You know...I actually recording this video for a group working to build a global community who were asking about great, asynchronous ways to communicate. You might enjoy some of the creative ideas within! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SUBKgKjRjeE.html Glad you found the channel! Welcome!

Hi Chad! I just want to thank you so much for all your videos. I was voluntold to facilitate a session earlier. Up until I stumbled on this video 4 or 5 days ago I have no idea on how to be a facilitator. I'm even afraid speaking in front of a crowd! But, because of your videos, that I watched everyday, the facilitation earlier went well. Btw, I downloaded the free cards and posted them all on the jamboard. I was surprised that, after meeting these participants for the first time they all shared and reacted positively to the questions. I know you hear this all the time, but THANK YOU! God bless and have a wonderful day!

I love, love, love hearing this, Felix! Check out one of my recent videos with the "stop sign" in the thumbnail. It's on "how to be a facilitator" and I think you'll find it especially powerful! Glad to be connected, my friend.

Felix, this is so inspiring to read. Your team got lucky getting someone to go above and beyond to learn and make facilitation easier.

The music can set the pace, tone and energy too. You could even play a song with words and invite a group to journal about what comes up for them as they listen. Heaps of possibilities 👍👍

OK. I’ve been teaching, coaching, training, and facilitating for the better part of 15 years now. And you just provided tons of info and technique that will improve meetings. But I have to say…half way through, the premier thought running through my head is “How do I get to work with or for this guy?”. It’s been quite some time since I’ve felt this kind of enthusiasm and energy from someone digitally, so, one question: Where do I send my resume to? 😀

Chad, I do enjoy your videos and find them useful. At the same time, I do wish you get to the point a little faster cuz I find myself fast-forwarding to really get to the crux of your video. You're a great guy and it's nothing personal. Just a suggestion to make shorter videos. Thanks for sharing generously!
@chad.littlefield
@chad.littlefield 2 года назад
Ha! I appreciate the honest though. Thank you for sharing. No worries about fast forwarding as well. You’ll notice all the videos are time stamped with the intention that you can jump just to the points that are most relevant to you.

Chad, your intros before connection are little lengthy

Thanks for the feedback! This is an older one. I'd like to think I've trimmed down while still being able to give a TL;DW style overview of what is buried in the video content. Thanks for sharing!
