So true. I know and have experienced this for mySelf personally. The heart is very powerful and when I connect daily, practice my meditation/breath-work/Reiki/tapping I feel uplifted, handle stress easier, feel in the flow with life rather than in the ebb, I have more love to give mySelf as well as others, increased energy/determination/motivation and I don’t get sick as often. I could go on infinitely as to the benefits. On top of this all it makes me a better human and spiritual being. Connecting to our heart space is valuable and absolutely worth the investment.
@@Mark1Mach2 hello, I have many different things I do depending on what I intuitively feel. Though you can place your hand on your heart while you meditate/sit or lay in silence, you can tap your meridians and heart center. While also focusing on your heart, be in your heart space. I also use tuning forks as well. I would research a few of the things I mentioned and just try different techniques out (healing modalities) and see which ones work for you, allow your self to guide you while doing them and you will be amazed at how much you know. It’s all within you! Also can research various breath work techniques and breath into your heart space while practicing them.
This is incredibly important to know. Families with children living with ASD, for example, should be told that the gut to brain connection could be compromised. This can cause things like constipation. It can also lead to a disruption in the supply of serotonin to the brain.

This information was available mainstream while you were still studying - As groundbreaking as it is, the fact that you did not learn of it, until after you finished being a 'Nurse' for 30 yeara, shows two things: 1. That the educational system, basically isn't one. 2. Ongoing personal study(In addition to the corriculum, it is a must for any serious professional).
@@SpiritYouAll #2 what good is that going to do? Ut's not like any ongoing personal study can be applied in any professional way as a nurse. Unlike say a self-employed hair stylist, there's no incentive to invest the time.

@@sbella6719There's more study resources than just YT alone. How did they manage pre-internet with information? pretty well with libraries and resources as such. I made a slight mostly at the system, for not including it in the mainstream. however, that being said, I feel it important for all professionals(especially those in healthcare) to embark on a journey of constant study. if all nurses and doctors actually did that, then things would be a lot better in this world - facts. We have known this since the 90’s and I find it very challenging to wrap my head around the fact that people are still arguing over who they are voting for… Come on people: compassionately embrace your truth, become that and then find those that you get along with… Everyone else can do themselves far away from where you are… Honestly, stop critiquing everyone around you and go inward yourself; you may find a better version waiting.

This is actually true! I have actually unified my mind and heart. at the time, I didn’t realize what was happening and the only way I could explain it to my best friend was that it felt like my eye was growing down my throat and into my heart, and it felt like my heart was growing up into my throat and into my brain! It completely changed how I think experience all six senses. I should probably also add that this was after spending eight years traveling world studying science, holistic health and ancient wisdom secrets to heal my heart mind and body from some pretty serious trauma. All along my journey. I began to reverse engineer targeting where the trauma was down to the very part of my heart, mind and body down to the very cell. This is how I learned to communicate completely with every part of my body and through that trust, Naturally, I have awakened all 114 chakras. My kundalini. The Cave of Brana and as of eight weeks ago, God gave me the gift and connection to the Crystal state of energy that creates matter in all universes and parallel worlds! Thank you for the scientific evidence that this idea has merit. As an advocate for mindful kindness, I envision IKANITAN, an internal neural network managing our internal threat alert neural network. Reimagine our negativity bias, our fear-driven tendencies, as a smoke alarm intended to alert us. We can choose what we define as reasonable, rational fears and rely on our “better selves” to respond rather than react. Love trumps fear and kindness counts. Be the blessing, be the light. Commit to kindness, mindful kindness. Pause, breathe, choose. Choose kindness, mindful kindness.
The steps are widely available online. You need to eat healthy, meditate and do breathing exercises (Pranayama), yogi, Tai Chi or Qi Gong. It is all about the breath and the nervous energy you feel in the body. You can displace this energy when you focus during meditation and breathwork. Semen Retention is a good way to activate it too.
