Blast from the past fun, twins Annie & Allie & big sister Mikayla have some gymnastics play on our mini uneven parallel bars (1st and last time thus far, thanks to dad.) There's a little bit of balance beam action, and some floor exercise.. a hint of trampoline, but the majority is bar fun, but it is interesting and funny. One blooper where Annie falls, but she is OK. ONE AT A TIME.. THEY JUST COULD NOT RESIST THE BARS!!!
I bought these bars ALMOST TWO years ago. My husband has been promising to make a gym for them to use year round because I would like to buy a higher balance beam for their birthday, but men are all talk and stalling. Soon it will be money down the drain *sigh*. They are getting big. 1 time in two years.. come on, right? Am I irrational, or is that uncool?
He won't let me take over the basement as their gym. That sucks. Soo... he cleared out some of the garage, but not all, and we have to really get it going, and get a heater and fans and everything we will need if that is where things have to be :(. I need a bigger house so I can make them a huge gym, and if I get rich, I will get a spring floor, vault, all of the equipment, real big uneven bars. more mats, and one of those built into the floor trampolines for them and now Mikayla's cheerleading moves and for tumbling passes. It would be awesome!! I'd love to do that soooooooooo much. Flip on one of those safer trampolines. I'd do it!!
I need a VERY large house and a lot of loot 1st. I think I'd have the whole neighborhood over my house, but hey.. why not? I'm the cool mom.
Oh, and I'd buy myself a horse again too, but I didn't win Powerball, so let's keep on trying and see what happens. Tomorrow's challenge is funny, so do watch :).
