Thanks very much for the information. I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy on May 26 this year, was prescribed with Acyclovir (Antiviral) and Neuroforte/Daneuron (B complex). Also went for 7 sessions of Chinese acupuncture. I forced myself singing fortunately it was my hobby. I am fully recovered today after about two weeks. I canceled a head scanning appointment scheduled in Aug. Think it may be helpful to share. Take care.
I’m also doing acupuncture. I went twice this week currently on day 6 how many times a week did you go? Taking steroids and antibiotics and antivirals.

Thank you for this! Ever since I got Bell's in 2009 and I've given myself really bad headaches trying to get my eyelid to close...because the other muscles are overcompensating. I tried your 2nd and 3rd techniques and it really helped my face to relax.
This will take 15-20 days to recover. Just take medicine's prescribed by the prior doctor and do these exercises for 15-30 min daily 3-5 times don't take any stress.. it will completely recorded within a month and try to mingle with your comfort zone and be happy always ☺️ Thank you ❤
@@muradhussein2202 i do go for Chinese accupuncture however the dr told me just take the chinese herb for nerve stimulation. Yes after a week i do recover and i also follow madak bell palsy exercise

Then i go to chinese accupuncture but they just give me chinese herb for nerve stimulation then i also go for physiotherapy for bell palsy treatment which is face exercise and the face stimulation. After a week yes i getting recover full recover on third week. Please have enough rest that only
This is my problem right now. I've gone to therapy and the affected side of my face is fairly okay except for the eye. I still experience dry eyes bec it still can't close properly. I'm going to try your exercise. Thanks.
@@anayatrahman2857 October of Las year. Good news though, the therapy and your exercise helped. The muscles around my eyes are strong enough that it can completely close and I don't experience dry eyes. The paralyse side is okay now. My smile and frown are finally symmetrical. Thank you. 💯
@@anayatrahman2857 usually last a good six months some even longer like a year. Be patient. See a doctor for the medication Nd they will recommend a physical therapy session for you to undergo.
Emergency doctor prescribed with prednisone 20mg for five days twice/day with no refills . Should I go to a regular doctor for more prednisone ? Please help .
