The Trust seldom works because its missing about a hundred administration steps to avoid all the mistakes because we're using Estate Planners instead of Administration Lawyers who perform services above and beyond the planning step.

Thank you so much for sharing and allowing the Lord to use you I know he have connected me to you for some reason or another I am in the middle of doing a spousal petition I lost my husband 15 months ago we were married for 34 years we just purchased our home 2 years prior to him passing away unexpectedly I am such an advocate of telling people to get their Affairs in order thanks so much for sharing the biblical part of us getting our things in order I appreciate it and pray that you don't mind me using some of the scriptures that you use thank you so much again for being obedient to the spirit of God God bless you and may you receive a hundredfold in this lifetime return thanks again

Hello Sir Edmund, thank tou for your informative video. I have a question: my husband and myself will be the trustees of our Living Trust. 1.If one becomes disabled/ passes, will the surviving spouse retain all the powers of a trustee ( deciding for both of us) 2. As joint trustees, will we have the capacity to withdraw money from our bank accounts( we have individual and joint accounts) 3. Are we still allowed to trade shares in our portfolio? What are the reasons to do a living trust rather than a will? I hear the main reason to avoid probate’s time and cost but in many states, if you have a will, the probate process is relatively simple and inexpensive. You mention the cost and time of when you probate. Does that assume there is no will?

Also I was in Sacramento and had TOD done and I read that they had changed laws about raising property tax on family or children ,that thry won’t raise property taxes on family?
