Just serviced and listing 3 x Studer A827 MCH for sale, which is one of the best multi track reel recorder in history. They are all tested, serviced, repaired and working excellent.
Please contact Vintage Voltage Audio in Korea for more info & detailed photos like close up photos for head block..etc.
Each machine running HRSs are 657HRS, 2835HRS, 20091HRS. But these numbers does not always tell the condition of the machines. Just a reference.

The 827 was the most advanced 24 track recorder ever, with self alignment and Studer’s superb transport so gentle to the tape. I’ll never go back to analog tape but this is the machine.

Wish I could afford one! Actually, since I'm not a musician or recording engineer, I'd prefer to leave the multitrack machines to people who can truly use and appreciate them. For myself, I would love a half-track (2-track) machine that takes ¼" tape. Something like an A820! ❤

Someone will be lucky with the purchase. Someone who really needs such units. For example, they may come in handy at some cool recording studio that can provide analog recording services and information for fastidious customers. You can use it like this: first record all the tracks on a computer, in very high quality, make the necessary corrections, and then transfer the multitrack to a magnetic tape, and reduce it to an analog mixing console. Of course, all this will cost more than conventional digital sound recording, but at the same time, sometimes there are customers who recognize only analog technologies and despise digital ones. Any whim for your money😜

It doesn’t sound like you know much about these. They were the pinnacle of 2” tape recorders. I don’t want to go back to analog tape either but outdated they are not.
