Loro Piana Summer Walk Loafers are great, I disagree with you because they are casual shoes. The English shoes that you mention are perfect for formal dress code but for casual summer vibes the summer walk loafers are perfect.
The unlined suede loafers are not formal at all but if you like more the LP It is a matter of taste and preference, but keep in mind the last is never going to be as nice and sharp as EG, GG or even Carmina, also the outsole could be leather not rubber :) ...
Real old money always have a little of nonchalant, a bit of sprezzatura to the way they dress. They might not even necessary to have the very best quality of everything as they don’t need to prove any points to anybody. They respect tradition and heritage.
