I hear my name called a lot at my house when no ones home, or when I'm in my room edit: wow hi I didn’t expect so much feedback but the true story about my house is that my family tore down the old one and put a new one on top. I do still hear my name called sometimes and recently a lot more things like shadows in the corner of my eyes but it’s probably just normal vision stuff??? Idk😌

The calling your name stories always get me. I'm in my 30s and live in the south west. My mother is native American and stories of SWs has always been a fear. As early as I can remember all the way to now, whenever I'm alone I've heard my mom calling my name. It's not every time and the tones change. Normally I hear just my first name but I'll never forget the time when I was about 9 and my mom was home, only to hear my FULL name aggressively called from the front room. Thinking I was in trouble I crept out and sought my mom who had no effing clue what I was talking about. I think we all know the terror of a parent calling our full name but I've never lived down the simultaneous confusion and fear

Story 1 This story is a well-crafted story about a break in but it's a Classic one. Story 2 Why would someone be nosing around on people's friends anyway???, but I congratulate the person for calling the Police or someone. Story 3 Probably just someone trying to scear the guy for fun. Keep up the good work Mr.Nightmear!
